I am an affiliate of ssemble.com with a confirmed earned commission of $349 USD shown in my dashboard.

The payout was scheduled for Nov 15, then postponed to Dec 15, 2025. After that, the affiliate program was marked as “suspended” with no prior notice.

I contacted the company multiple times, including a final notice, but received no response. Meanwhile, the website remains fully operational.

Suspending a program does not justify withholding already-earned commissions.

I am still awaiting payment or any official response.

I made the mistake of paying once for this service, and after several emails telling them to STOP charging me, they are continuing to charge me. Do everything you absolutely can to NOT purchase from this vendor. Once they have your visa debit details. they will continue to charge you. I’m forced to get a new debit card just so I don’t get charged every month from them.

Ssemble’s collaboration/affiliate program is a scam. Once you post your content, they disappear. No replies, no support, it’s a complete fraud. Do not collaborate with them

They tried to charge my card many times when I left paid plan and was already on free plan. I wrote to support email - week later no reply AND they tried to charge me for subscription I don’t have again!

Literally not worth it at all. Firstly, I never used one of their clips they were all terrible. Meaning I had to edit all my own clips, not even the captions were correct at all. Secondly, over priced, I paid for the 30 video one month subscription and they stopped me from doing 5 of those videos asking for more money. Lastly, you only get a certain amount (20mins) of a video to clip from. Basically meaning you have to watch the video anyway to find the right part to clip. Overall, do not buy and use another clipping ai website like crayo ai.

I joined the Ssemble affiliate program and promoted it through 100% organic methods — primarily Facebook posts and direct messages. I never used paid ads or violated any terms. Unfortunately, my Facebook accounts were locked due to their own platform restrictions, and I lost access to the content I had posted, including any proof like URLs or screenshots.

Ssemble operates on a net-15 payout basis, and I was expecting a commission around May 15. However, shortly after, I received an email from their team requesting proof of promotion as part of a review. I explained the situation fully and transparently — that I had promoted organically but could no longer retrieve proof due to the account lockouts. I also detailed a new strategy I was planning to ensure clearer tracking going forward.

Despite multiple polite follow-up emails and clear communication, my messages were ignored. The only time I received a reply was when I contacted them from another email address pretending to be a new customer — which shows they were actively avoiding my messages. When they finally responded, they refused the payout due to “lack of proof” and said future commissions would only be honored if I provided proof of new, legitimate traffic.

This experience has been disappointing and disheartening. I made a genuine effort to promote their product without cutting corners or violating rules. But their support team’s refusal to engage fairly and their vague policies around proof essentially left me unpaid for work already done.

If you’re considering joining their affiliate program, be extremely cautious. Document everything outside the platform, or you may find yourself in the same position — having done the work, but with nothing to show for it.

Completely fraud

Pretty sure it's a scam... no customer support, no replies to emails as it goes to undeliverable. Don't believe the ads, options are limited, competitors seems to have more features and work better... Shame really. With no trial you have to pay then there are no refunds if anything doesn't work as expected. Should've paid with a credit card to claim it back.

You likely found this company due to bots and scummy marketing. Just bait and switch marketers trying to steal your email. The few youtube review videos are fake and paid for by an agency that ssemble hired, complete with bot views and bot comments. check other platforms too.
