The adobe licence was a little tricky to get working, different account, and licences, but it worked fully after initial support.
All of a sudden, the installed licence was stopped with an approx. 1 day notice upfront. Another profile should have been provided, but I never received a message from adobe. More seriously, without any notification upfront, all my cloud data was lost.
All earlier contact addresses for support are unavailable. SRT looks vanished from the earth. 1/2 year licence is taken away. Very unhappy.

I paid for a year's creative cloud subscription around a month ago. I did not receive it for a week after paying. Then I was given two different creative cloud logins over the course of a few days, neither of which was the full licence I paid for. I emailed them explaining the problem over a week ago twice to which he has not responded. Now it says my 'free trial ' has ended and I have no access.I called their contact number which doesnt ring.I use these programmes for work every day. This is unacceptable and I am very unhappy with this service.

After getting a 1 year subscription with minor issues and full satisfaction, I’ve purchased a new one two days ago, but didn’t get a following up link to start using the programs. Today I read in their website that SRT licenties closed down. I’ve paid the total amount of €139 for 1 year Adobe Creative Cloud and received nothing + none of their emails are working. How to get my money back now?
It's a pain to use
It's a pain to use. I keep getting messages that my license/plan is not available anymore, they create another account to fix that and this happens now on a weekly basis. Probably next time I will pay extra and just subscribe to a regular adobe plan.
Frequently no acces to my adobe apps
Installing it was easy and everything seemed to work, but in less than a month I have already lost access to all adobe apps 5 times! Customer service is hard to reach and very slow and so far they are not offering any solution or answers. If they solve my problems I hope to give a higher score soon.

Stay away from the store
I bought the Adobe license on 18.12.24 in the German online store. I received the order confirmation immediately. After 5 days I still had no information about the key. I then did some research and read many negative reviews here. I canceled the order on the same day and asked for confirmation. This was followed by countless e-mail conversations, the employee wanted my Adobe e-mail address to activate the license. Is that still possible? However, since I had read more negative things about this provider and had already bought an Adobe license directly from Adobe, it was irrelevant to me. In addition, the German online store suddenly disappeared and the e-mail addresses did not work. The employee in the Dutch branch said that the German parent company has its own support. However, he didn't want to give me the names of the people/contacts responsible and didn't want to confirm that the cancelation had been made. However, the Dutch store always sells and activates the licenses. Very dubious!
According to the terms and conditions, which I only received by email with the order confirmation, it also stated that the license is valid for one user. According to the definition, a consumer may not conduct commercial business (i.e. not for self-employed sole traders).
Today the German online store was online again. I sent an e-mail again. I don't know whether anything will happen. This is misleading the buyer!
