I had a very disappointing experience with this DMC in Sri Lanka.
Our group tour, planned for 13 pax, for Feb '26 was carefully planned in September '25 and confirmed in November according to the agreed contract. However, the company made significant changes to both the itinerary and the hotels without my consent. It appears they were unable to secure the originally planned accommodations, yet instead of proposing acceptable alternatives, they replaced them with clearly inferior options — and, unbelievably, I was also charged a price difference.
What I find even more serious is the lack of transparency. The final program did not mention the closure of the Kandy–Nuwara Eliya railway line — a key highlight of the tour. I only discovered this by chance while speaking with the guide one week before departure. This is critical information that any professional DMC should communicate promptly.
Additionally, one of the included experiences — the Eco elephant park — was extremely poorly chosen. In February, there are far more jeeps than animals, resulting in a chaotic and unpleasant experience. This is something a local operator should absolutely be aware of and avoid proposing.
Finally, the choice of one restaurants was very poor, and despite my explicit requests, no changes were made. I had to choose and pay al alternative restaurant myself. Throughout the process, there was no flexibility and no real effort to improve a tour that they themselves had significantly downgraded.
Overall, a very frustrating experience that created quite a few problems to my passengers, with a clear lack of professionalism, transparency, and customer care. I would not recommend this DMC.
