I recently had to make some changes to our SRFax account. I didn't really know much about it as I was taking it over from another manager. Trish was extremely helpful - answered all of my questions, saved me quite a bit of money by getting me into the right plan, and also noticed changes that needed to be made that I didn't know about. Great customer service experience!

Trish did a fantastic job today. I had called with billing problems, entirely on my side, and she was extraordinarily helpful. She was exceedingly pleasant and understanding in reviewing the problem, restored our service immediately, helped me troubleshoot a resolution to the problem and, spontaneously, offered a more appropriate service plan.
It was a pleasure speaking to her and a credit to SRFax's service and team. In homage to Spinal Tap, my experience today rates 6 out of 5!

Easy to get through to an agent. Christina was friendly, easy to understand, and answered all my questions.

The rep who helped me was very efficient in helping me with my issue - I had faxes going out within 5 minutes of calling her!

I just had a question about consolidating multiple accounts and didn’t know what was possible and Trish went above and beyond with meaningful recommendations (no unnecessary upselling and completely focused on what I needed). I’m extremely satisfied with the suggestions and have decided to apply them all. Trish your friendly approach with thorough knowledge about your services and willingness to help customers is very much appreciated! Service representatives like you on the front line is the reason why customers would put more trust in a company. Keep up the great work!

She was very easy to follow and I was able to get it handled
