I wanted to raise a major concern on the delay happening till now crossing a week to return my items , furthermore they have returned the amount partially with no clear reason and due to that delay i have missed the sale window which i will end up paying more , the overall experience is extremely terrible and i don’t recommend this experience to anyone of my enemies… even if they are not returning my money … i dont mind but it worth informing the community

Website and app has a little problem when browsing. I think you have to update your website especially your app. Too much lag when browsing. Also the chat support is not responsive that much. The agent i spoke with last time has no empathy at all. But the items i bought is all nice. I highly recommend this brand.
