Made a claim and paid access fee straight away on 3rd March. Still had no correspondence on when a new Honor Tablet will arrive!!!! Taken money and not processed the claim still says in review!!! Where is my replacement??? Shocking customer service! CLAIM ID: 002881164130

My experience was fantastic. It took them 5 days to get me an interview from the day I reported my device stolen. However, everything we very fast after the interview as I got my device the following day. Very good service.

Great service
After calling the number on 3 insurance letter and then been told to call the exact same number I was eventually given the right number to call . The lady at square trade was helpful and polite . The only down side was I didn't realise I had to pay £99 and thought id have time to transfer data from one phone to another.

I had an accident with my phone and the screen broke etc . Now it has been proffessionally repaired and I must say that the service was outstanding.
