It was a cheap product so I guess you get what you pay for. I had to completely disassemble it and put it back together for it to work and even after that it's still broken.

The sign is perfect. My image needed to be improved and Joel T called me and worked with me to fix my uploaded image. With that said, I wish the sign came with a storage bag. The website did list a bag was included with the sign. However, a carrying case was not included.

I’m very pleased with how beautiful it turned out—just a little disappointed there is a small scratch on the base despite a good packing job.

Ordered various tabletop tool ups with only a pdf graphic and they turned out great compared to panetone colors, clean print and fast delivery. My go to now!

I have ordered multiple of these tablestop signs for higher education recruitment events, and have enjoyed them. The first order did end up breaking after a few uses. However, I noticed the new signs are reinforced to keep the fabric glued to the metal part.

The quality and clarity of the printing on the banner is top notch. But the stand itself is flimsy and lightweight. Price was right, but I'm disappointed nonetheless. I was replacing a retractable tabletop banner that I've had for years which had a durable, heavy duty stand. The company I formerly used went out of business. I suppose if you're setting it up once and leaving it in your place of business, it's fine. But I'm on the road, using this on a merchandise table display.

Thank you for the honest review. We truly appreciate your kind words about the print quality and your constructive feedback on the stand.

We’re sorry to hear it didn’t meet your expectations, especially considering your previous setup. Our tabletop banners are designed for lightweight, stationary use, but we understand that portability and durability are key when you're on the road. We’re always looking to improve, and your feedback helps guide those decisions.

It was a pleasure speaking with you, and we hope to assist with future projects that better suit your needs.

We were given a faulty sign holder. Our sign got stuck within the holder on the very first use. The company has not replaced our sign and only offered a discount. To be clear, we did not break it, we were given a broken product.
