BAD customer service. And defective products.

I don't recommend Square Deco Paris to anyone. The customer service is the worst. They aren't responsible for the product warranty, even if you bought it only 1 month ago. But surely as soon as you leave the store you will lose for sure the guarantee and the right to claim anything.

They will never listen to you once you pay for your products. So don't buy at Square Deco Paris unless you want to try your luck.

Very disappointed.
