Scam. Sent me an empty package. Somehow got the bad review taken down.

Shipped the package to themselves, never even made it to America. Now they claim it was delivered. Dont get scammed like me.

It was well worth the wait. I sent in a design of an LAV-AT and it was awesome looking. The detail was fantastic. Send these folks a picture and they make it happen. Great Job !!!!

Communication was great. Delivery communication was great as well. We like our wall art but feel like it could have been built a tad stronger. Overall we are happy!

Great item, took about 4 weeks to arrive so factor that in if it’s for a present. Very good quality and well packaged

The pieces were very nice. I got a Bradley and an apache. They looked pretty accurate. They were delivered relatively quickly.

I ordered the Bradley fighting vehicle. It was shipped very well, it had no damage. I got it in the allotted time span they briefed me on in the email. Customer service kept me informed about my order. Overall very professional product, I’m happy with my purchase.

I had put a custom order. They made a perfect design and went to work immediately. I did take a while before it was finished but they do mention on their site it might take a while to make the product. The product itself is perfectly detailed with high precision and high quality! Its not just a thin flimsy piece of aluminium but a sturdy, nicely finished and coated piece of steel.

Yes, there's a price to it but it does make a unique and perfect gift.

10/10! I would certainly consider to order again!

It's either a scam or a painfully slow experience. I ordered a picture in december and it still hasn't arrived even 3 months later.

I am giving this 1 star as the customer service did respond to everyone of my emails. However, the only response they could give me is that they don't know when my product will be ready or ship and ill get a notification when it does. I ordered on Dec 6th it is now 54 days later and nothing. I see the posts about small business, but it seems as though they are using customer funds to fuel order requests from the people that are making them and in turn us the consumer have to wait a ridiculous amount of time. I also see various spin offs of this with car and plane theme websites. Are they all affiliated and just using great marketing to get us to order and then we just wait forever?

If the product ever shows up I will amend this review to reflect how the quality of the product is but as of now i am very upset with this company and assume I am not the only one who is in this situation with them.

Found their website just before Black Friday, with a nice discount of 30%. The website stated a production time of 1-20 business days which I misread for 20 days. The website now displays 30 days which it took. I was afraid it might have been a fake website, but customer service replied within a few days and was very friendly. To be honest: It did take long to ship (but as is indicated).

That aside I am more than satisfied with the result. I also would like to emphasise that this is probably a small business trying to make it, by making awsome stuff; give them the advantage of the doubt and order! The product came securely packaged and was send with FedEx. It was delivered with mounting accessoiries. I was suprised by the nicely coated black matte finish. It feels and looks sturdy.

All in all: if you are here because you are doubting to order: DO IT. And if you are here (just like me before it got send) to check whether this is a legitimate shop: Yes it is and your order will come (contact customer support if you are in doubt). Will return to order again.

My experience with Squadbrothers was okey. Ordered on the 8th of November and got it Delivered 6th on January. So later as advertised, but understandable given the time period (black friday, christmas, new years, etc). Emailed them after the 20 days delivery time as advertised, to ask for a status update and they responded within a couple of days. Not bad at all. I was worried this was a scam, cause I found it through Instagram, but it isn't. My item wasnt damaged or bend and arrived in one piece, so I'm satisfied.

Ordered back in November and paid in full....
STILL no order delivered and no response to emails.... DO NOT USE....NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATEVER ..... you are a disgrace

I love it ! Won't give it a 5 start though cause the holes to hook it on the wall isn't level with the howitzer. I had to improvise to hook it level. Since it's a custom piece I probably should've thought about that when I looked at the drawings. So could still be my fault. Other than that the finish is perfect. Every part is strong and well made and looks awesome!
