I have just received the 4 mini cameras I ordered, and they are completely unusable.
The hardware quality is extremely poor. The off/on buttons do not function at all, and the mode buttons only work on one unit. As a result, the cameras cannot be properly operated. This app for operating this pile of junk is also unusable. This product does not match its description and is not fit for use. Do not buy this product it is completely useless.

Everything went wrong. When ordering, pop ups showed extras, said "no thanks" to all BUT all were added at checkout without showing an updated total but went straight to payment. Worst one was "recurring payment" that they set up to take money every month. Fortunately, I saw that right away and cancelled it. I filed claim with y credit card and Paypal and received most of my money back BUT NOT ALL of my money. These are PROFESSIONAL CON ARTISTS.

Wow, having read other reviews I must admit I have been taken in by SpyFocus like everyone else. I can only agree with all comments I have read. Unscrupulious company. Offered 50%, asking for 75% & threatened to take it up with PayPal, but obviously that doesn't work. I am sending back to distribution warehouse, even though they told me to keep the cameras, which I told them they were only good to go in the trash can. I can only agree they are total rubbish. Blindsided!!!

SCAM. None of the cameras work and the app crashes constantly, making it impossible to get them working. None of their emails work (I recieved "undeliverable" bounce back messages) and the phone number helpline is just a constant loop saying you'll be connected to the next available agent, but there is no agent, it's just a recording that plays until you finally hang up.
This company and product is a HUGE SCAM.

This is a COMPLETE SCAM. I bought the camera and they attempted to take more money. My bank stopped them. I realised it was a scam and tried to cancel the order using hello@spyfocusshop; support @spyfocus.com; support @spyfocus.com but all emails were undelivered. THEY DO NOT WORK! hello@getspyfocus sent me email stating item was out for delivery. Item was NEVER delivered. Please be warned. It is a scam out to get your money. They provide support@spyfocus as help contact email incase od problems with the order. The EMAIL DOES NOT WORK. I tried to cancel my order using support@spyfocus. but it was undelivered . The full emails have .com at the end but full emails are not allowed

Do not buy from this seller....item is tat, can't get it to work & after sales service is non excistant!!!
THIS IS A SCAM

Before you even start to try and use the mini camera you will get bombarded with additional QR requests which will try and get you to set up monthly payments.
You also get a verbal message which is not clear so un-usable product

PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I did eventually receive my camera but the setup is really complicated. The product is flimsy and don't have any confidence in it. I did get a refund but save your money instead.

DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY.
I ordered 2 cameras in November and am still waiting on them. Just received half of my money back today but still fighting for a full refund as not received. This is a SCAM.

This is a scam DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FOR SPY FOUCUS I stupidly bought without checking the reviews and I don’t think I will get a refund but because I paid through PayPal I think I will get a refund but beware they automatically sign you up for a subscription and then charge you every month! Make sure you turn off your prescription in PayPal as well

I bought these cameras having read positive reviews which must have been fake. Never received the shipment - DONT BUY FROM THEM , SCAM BIG TIME

If I could rate as zero I would. Ordered on 26 Nov. nothing received. All the options to contact the supplier do NOT work. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

They advertised the camera as being cheap and i was over charged by $70 !!

The camera turned up and we could SEE SOMEONE ELSES HOUSE!!!!!! Absolutely horrific company told us because it was out of the celefone we could not return and have been offered a refund of $20 !???? Absolutely a joke and also concerning that we see someone else’s house …..

UPDATE
As I had no reply I issued a dispute with PayPal. I had a reply from the Spyfocus within 24 hours and after being offered a 25% then 50% refund option I have now received a full refund.

AVOID. Company offers 30 day money back on the goods. Website is unhelpful and offers no procedure other than to contact them by email, online form, WhatsApp or phone, none of which will get you a response other than an automated one. I had to contact PayPal before I had any proper contact with anyone. I have been offered to keep the goods for 25% of the cost which will be for the items only, not the warranty charge that they added to the bill without my consent. I have declined their offer and am still waiting for a response. I will escalate with PayPal for a refund and see what happens. Wished I had read the reviews on here first. Lesson learnt!

I went on the site to buy 2 cameras,I was using PayPal to buy them,when I got returned to the site from PayPal another window pops up saying if you buy more cameras they’re cheaper and it wanted me to order 4 more cameras,then another window pops up wanting me to buy sd cards that I thought came with the purchase,I got so confused at that point I closed the site without finishing the order and around 30 minutes later I was billed for 51 dollars and 97 dollars without ever finishing the order,what a rip off.im working now to get my money back

I bought 6 of these having read positive reviews which must have been fake. Spent hours trying to connect, didn’t know they needed SD cards. Got a friend to try - failed too. Total waste of time and money but unfortunately too late to return. DO NOT BUY these prices of crap! If I could have given zero stars I would have.

Absolute rubbish do not buy.

Absolute rubbish! They do not work. Followed all instructions and watched videos! Called to return. Was told to click a link in an email to complete a satisfaction survey and then reply to the email for the return address and instructions.

HOWEVER, The survey Q`s are cleverly worded. You CANNOT tell the truth "The item doesn't work"
You're only options are...

Ordered too many items
Ordered item by mistake
Change of mind or no longer needed
Delivery was delayed or took too long
Attempting to change the order before delivery
Order confirmation email not received
Order tracking number not received

SHOCKING!! By doing this the buyer cannot tell the truth and say that the item is defective. And they can then pass the blame onto you because its all your fault!

The reason it is your fault is because you took the cellophane off (unwrapped it) so it is now used! OBVIOUSLY YOU HAVE TO DO THIS TO SEE THAT IT DOES NOT WORK! But there is no option to say that!

They don`t reply to you after that! I am reporting them to my bank now, getting them blacklisted as many times as possible seems the only way to deal with these scammers.

I WILL UPDATE THE REVIEW IF I GET ANY FURTHER WITH THESE PEOPLE!

Same experience as everyone else. Saw advert for top cameras, ordered 1 camera for £20, got 2 cheap rubbish things and they added on money for all sorts that were not asked for, ending up at £70, money taken. Tried to cancel, refunds etc., ended up having to write it off to (bad) experience. Avoid at all costs as it will cost you dearly!
