Would not even give a one star review,they sold me dangerous lights that exploded I emailed them and the character called Zach was very apologetic and said he would withdraw the batch from circulation.and he would pass on my information to financial department for a refund,than never came ,and don’t answer. Absolutely useless company. Avoid at all costs. I have been emailing (phone number is never answered. Longest time on hold was an hour!) the so called ‘Zach’ who constantly gets it wrong. The address for returns wasn’t available so parcel returned, replacement was issued (good news) but was the incorrect item and now I’m being told I cannot return as past warranty. How can a warranty run out on an item sent a few weeks ago and incorrectly.
Starting to feel I am £££ out of pocket. Will be going to small claims court

Bought lots of lights from here. Then three sets of fairy lights, including the bumblebee lights failed. Paid to send one set back which were then returned to me- why? Zach continues to email saying my new set have been sent but couriers lost package. Avoid this company at all costs!

Have used this company previously and would definitely use again. I purchased 2 sets of garden solar lights and they are exactly as described and wished for. The service was excellent I cannot fault any part of my experience and would highly recommend.

Total scammer stay away from company Sent 8 lights back to get fixed sent me 4 back I have been calling them and emailing them to find out where the other 4 are. And not answering me it's been two weeks I have been trying to get them so called Zach never gets back to you stay clear of them

Absolutely brilliant service and product is as described and arrived safely and quickly just need to find time and some sunshine over a weekend to fit it in place.

These light are brilliant. They were fitted over 3 years ago and still going strong. I've been so pleased I've ordered more.

Bought two different types of solar floodlights. Advertised as designed for UK weather. One has no weather proofing to any of the parts of the light and you have to mount the solar panel with the cable exiting through the top via an oversized hole that will let the rain enter. It also comes on during the daytime. The second light appears to have weatherproofing but the back of the solar panel does not fit tightly and again the cable exits via an oversized in the top where rain will get in. Tried to get refunds but no joy so SUBMITTING MY SMALL CLAIMS COURT CLAIM TOMORROW.

What a terrible company to deal with, products appear reasonable, if and when you get them!!
I paid for two sets of fairly lights for Christmas, lots of e mails trying to sell me more lights, one e mail says Thankyou for order estimated delivery 2-3 days, fair enough it’s Christmas, no indication who is the courier no tracking and if you e mail them absolutly nothing no responses.
I have two lights purchased in November this year, one light is brilliant, the other only stays on for 5seconds and goes off, activates good, they are both on the south facing walls in full sight of the sky sun, that light stops working after 5 or 5 times coming on at 5sec intervals.
2 year Warranty not much use if they ignore e mails.

Worst part is the constant emails saying how good they are and buy more lights.

Update, Zach sent e mail 23rd December apologised and said he would look into the delivery.

It’s the 30th December today recieve another apology e mail, same words as the last e mail 23rd December.

Still no refund or indication the lights have been shipped.

Do not buy from SPV lights, customer service is appalling, the previous lights I purchased that one was faulty, they said the light back, nothing about replacement or when I may recieve the replacement.
I am sure the owner or staff need to be rubbished at this time of year, however communication is key here, advised revised delivery day or advise item out of stock, even when should recieve the lights, it’s that simple.

Misleading description, ended up with wrong product that was totally inadequate for the needs, solar light that lasts around 20 mins after a full charge, phone never answered, messages not returned. Eventually sent e mail asking for a review, I replied & asked for an exchange, was told they don’t exchange.
So now after speaking to Trading standards I have to go to the trouble of taking the matter to small claims court.
All I want is to exchange unused item for another type, that’s all.
Avoid at all costs, a disgrace to bonafide on line traders.

It appears impossible to get a refund from this company despite their 90 day return policy.
I have been trying for months to get a refund for lights returned to them that I didn't like. Emails were originally replied to promising to escalate my refund. This never happened. My emails are now being ignored.

This company SPV lights advertise a 2 year guarantee for there lights, but that is absolutely rubbish, I have bought lights from them and within 3 months 2 exploded , I tried to contact them without success, they don’t reply to emails or phone calls all I want is my £40 back . Please do not get involved with this company,

BEWARE - I ordered 2 LED outdoor lights from SPV Lights via Facebook. Shortly after, and within a short space of time from each other, they exploded, splattering pieces all over the back garden. I contacted them,took pics, and returned them (recorded delivery) as directed by Zach who stated by email that they had to be "sent back urgently as they are from a faulty batch", and I would be refunded within 3 working days - no refund. I contacted Zach again who then proceeded to say could I send proof of my recorded delivery as they hadn't received them, I did - no refund. After numerous emails - still no refund. This has been going on since September. Do the right thing "Zach" - pay my refund, otherwise I will have no choice but to carry on letting people know just how untrustworthy SPV Lights are.

Bought 6 of these lights,nice and bright even in winter.However a bit disappointed because as soon as they reach the 2 year mark 5 of them have failed and unfortunately out of guarantee.

1 of the 4 lights exploded. I took a photo of it and contact the company asking what they are going to do about it. I was asked to return all the lights, which I have. Upon the return, they would refund me. It has been months and no refund has happened. The man ZACH is very unhelpful and does not advance the company he serves. ZACH and SPV LIGHTS are a false company. They are liars and thieves.

The products they sell are unsafe and not fit for purpose.

Fantastic light even with the dull autumn weather

Purchased 2 x 128 led solar floodlights in early spring, despite being in full sun all summer, the light output is much less than the 40 led units I had previously, also the mode selector on one unit is erratic in operation. Returned both units approximately one month ago at my expense and despite receiving acknowledgement from SPV of receipt, no replacements forthcoming. Now, no emails responded too or phone messages either. Very disappointed. Take care, warranty promise doesn't seem to work.

Waited over a month for a replacement light, so much for their promise to turn replacements round in about 10 days, I’ve been trying to phone them but nobody answers the phone even sent another email and left a voice mail all to no effect.

Appalling after sale service ,have been waiting since 17/8/24 for a replacement after sending the defective one back, fob off numerous times 😡
