SPV Energy recently installed a 5.2Kw solar pv system for us, including a hot water divert and a Zappi car charger.
We are really happy with the system and from the initial phone calls their service has been excellent.
Gary helped us in configuring for our usage- the electric car is a new addition so that needed to be planned for also. Their quote was the most competitive and the installation excellent, a friendly service and a great tidy up before they left on the day.
I highly recommend them.

- They provided a good value installation that was specifically tailored to our needs. There was no hard sell -- in fact, Gary encouraged me to spend less based on my needs.
- They rang ahead, turned up exactly as promised and the back office with Nicole was just as professional.
- The installation was extremely neat and the guys tidied up everything as they went, leaving the house better than they found it (even fixing a broken slate to the side of the install!)

We had a 4.3Kw solar system with hot water diverter installed in early February by SPV Energy and are delighted with the result. The team arrived punctually on the day of installation. By 1430 hrs the job was completed in a truelly professional fashion.

4.7kw system with eddi hot water inverter fitted 2wks ago system working perfectly ..the workers were in and out in a day little to no disruption.. I had priced around for couple of wks prior with at least 6 other companies none could compare on price so I was skeptical ..one company actually got very annoyed and aggressive when I told him the system and components and price I was getting off spv he said they couldn't possibly fit a system that big on roof I would have problems getting grant and the work would be substandard for that price. He had me worried..but after seeing the finnished job and the system components i am more than happy it is a first class job with high end components and fitted perfectly on roof no prob at all.another rep from a big solar company said he wouldn't even bother calling out to me as he done his homework and was thinking of getting spv in to quote for his own house .they seemed to good to be true but I've told my friend's and family if you are interested in solar don't bother shopping around.just get spv to give u a quote

I had a 4.3KW 12 panel system installed 5 days ago by this company, with eddi hot water diverter. Very professional bunch of people, I cannot complain about anything at all. As for the system, it exceeds my expectations already. In what has been a pretty gloomy start of February days with only some intermittent clear weather i already see regular 2kwh outputs and peaks at 3.5kwh, this really looks promising. And best of all this really was the most competitive price I could find by a country mile. Keeping tabs on the meter before and after I see around 50% saving on my overall consumption.

Spv Energy fitted a 4.6kw system for me at our home in Navan.
From start to finish there was absolutely no hassle with any aspect of the project. We are delighted with the panels and even with the winter sun the output is very impressive. The installation crews were extremely tidy, professional and everything was explained to me in detail before they left. I would highly recommend SPV if you are thinking of getting solar installed.

SPV installed a system in our house recently. I cannot speak highly enough of the process. From our initial conversation with Gary Crosby and Jack, everything proved to be seamless.
The team arrived at our home at 7.45 am, Martin and the team were very efficient and respectful, the work inside the house was extremely neat and tidy. No mess left at all. When the job was complete. Martin took me through the folder and explained everything. The appropriate App was installed.
This company was recommended to us by a very satisfied customer and I am happy to offer a similar positive approval rating for them

Gary and the team are simply professional, courteous, quick, efficient, and don't cost the earth.
I ordered a larger PV array of 6KW. Gary was able to give me a quote using Google Earth and looking at the property from above which saved a lot of time. Then when I was happy that he was likely to be the one chosen, he did a home survey and confirmed the price which didn't change.
The lads cam on time and had the whole thing running within the day. They also found a fault at my immersion and showed me exactly what it was and what to tell the plumber.
It has taken me a month to get the plumber to do his job and so now I called Gary and he sent someone around for a second time at no extra cost and finished the connection. Just great customer service.
I got 3 other quotes from the other large companies who all sent a salesman around and insisted that both myself and my wife attend the meeting (like timeshare pressure salesmen). SPV averaged 30% less on their quote and did a perfect job. It isn't often you find a firm with an almost perfect 5* score (it seems one person felt the need to 1-star them for not even being quoted for a job). The 5 stars are well deserved.

We recently had SPV energy install a solar system in our home. With solar really starting to take off picking a installer can be a real mine field but we decided to go with SPV mainly down to my conversations with Gary and trustpilot reviews. Gary was knowledgeable extremely helpful and what impressed us he recommended a system that he believed meet it our needs not the most expensive system( we had several sales reps from others companies standing in our kitchen trying to do just that). Gary also helped us out with SEAL Grant and the BER rating. Emmett and his team arrived on time and worked to a high standard. Minimum disruption to my family and cleaned up after themselves. The team arrived at our home at 7.45 am, Evan, Eric and Dean worked until 3.00 pm when the job was complete. Dean the electrician took us through the folder and explained everything. The appropriate App was installed. During this, the other lads cleaned and hoovered any areas that might have accumulated dust or small debris.

I would highly recommend SPV energy. They are very efficient. They arrived on time and hoovered the place after the installation. The installation looks very neat and is working well. Our BER rating went from a C1 to a B2, an automatic increase in the valuation of the house. Also given energy prices at the moment and they are expected to rise, this is a no-brainer. I only wish I installed more panels and a bigger battery given the payback.

I decided to have PV Panels installed earlier this year and invited a number of companies to propose the most appropriate configuration and overall solution.
I had gathered much knowledge and insight into the majority of the companies I had contacted. However, as part of my research I identified SPV Energy as a company of interest but about whom I had little insight except as contained within the trust-pilot reviews. From the very outset and my first contact with Gary I regarded myself as being very fortunate to have established the contact. Without question SPV Energy stood ahead of the rest and instilled in me a level of confidence unsurpassed by any other tendering party. Gary and I quickly established a level of trust and understanding. The SPV Energy quotation was competitive and, in my opinion, reflected the configuration most appropriate to my domestic circumstances and current PV Panel and peripheral equipment technology. The SPV Energy proposal and Gary's level of professionalism made the final choice simple. SPV made it all happen thereafter and assited with the SEAI grant application, Installation scheduling and planning, commissioning, other administrative tasks and follow-up support. His team were very professional, very respectful of neatness, cleanliness, my property, and displayed pride in their work and their company reputation etc etc. They arrived on the scheduled date and completed the installation, system explanations and handover as promised. Coordinated the BER Survey and final grant submission. I can't speak highly enough of Gary, SPV Energy (not forgetting Michelle) and the entire installtion team and would have no hesitation in recommending them in any circumstance.
