CISM training

Instructor Raj was very professional and super helpful during the entire training. A lot of knowledges were shared during and after the training, 10/10 recommended.

Misleading Promises – Exam Voucher Never Delivered

I booked a TOGAF training with Sprintzeal last year. The training itself was fine — a standard classroom setup — and I was told clearly and repeatedly that the exam voucher was included in the package.

However, once I tried to schedule the exam, the problems began. I reached out to my contact person and general support multiple times. Initially, I received vague reassurances ("we're looking into it"), but eventually, they stopped responding altogether.

Despite my persistent follow-ups, I never received the promised exam voucher. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. In my opinion, this borders on a scam — they failed to deliver a key part of what was guaranteed.

Verdict: Hands off. I cannot recommend Sprintzeal based on this experience.

CompTIA Security+ Training Review

CompTIA Security+ Training Review

I had the opportunity to take the CompTIA Security+ training with Sprintzeal, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The sessions were well-structured and covered all the required exam objectives in detail, ensuring that I gained a strong understanding of the material.

In addition to the interactive sessions, they provided access to hands-on labs and comprehensive practice tests, which were extremely helpful in reinforcing the concepts and building confidence for the exam. The instructors were knowledgeable, supportive, and always willing to clarify doubts, making the learning process smooth and engaging.

Overall, I had a very positive learning experience. I would highly recommend their training programs to anyone preparing for the Security+ exam or looking to strengthen their knowledge in cybersecurity.

Sprintzeal is a scam

We hired Sprintzeal for a four-hour De-escalation and Conflict Resolution training on August 19, 2025. We paid $1,500 up front.

The service was not delivered as advertised:
• The trainer missed the first two-hour session entirely.
• The make-up session started late and lasted only two hours.
• The trainer was unprepared, read from slides, and never delivered the promised conflict resolution / de-escalation training content.

When we requested a refund, Sprintzeal’s senior operations manager refused, deflected blame, and even threatened legal action instead of resolving the issue.

Bottom line: We paid for four hours of professional training and received two hours of poor delivery. Sprintzeal failed to meet its advertised training standards and its response to customer concerns was unprofessional.

The expirance was great

The expirance was great. Tutor Sweety planned well for the course and she deliver the course properly.
The only negative point is that the venue does not offer snacks or coffe. But there are some places near the center.

I had contracted the training provider…

I had contracted the training provider in preparation for the PMP certification exams. Took the 4 days training option. The training content itself is detail and comprehensive overall. It turned out that the training is personalized as i am the only individual on the session with the instructor. This is not a negative element but my preference would have been with other candidates to share ideas and perspectives. The instructor was cordial, relatable and provided some practical examples to some PM scenarios.

I was struggling to find a CAPM exam in-person in London. Super central london venue, responsive communication and very professional from Jeff the Sprintzeal rep. The teacher Wolkwart Schmid was awesome.

Comptia Security + Training

I took the Comptia Security + with them and had a great experience. They provide you with sessions needed to go over all the material. The provide you with labs and practice tests. Great experience. Highly recommend taking classes with them if you are preparing for an exam

- Organisation of the training was good
- Exam prep training info was good and complete.
- Trainer is friendly and professional, open for questions and feedback.

Point to work on:
- faster solutions with audio or connection problems, not after 25% of the training
- more practical examples during the training based on professional situations
- try to get more of a common thread that helps participants to better contextualize all the information.

SASE Training

Although I found the information interesting I could have gotten the same information from a Cisco Sales Rep. I was hoping for a class that provided a broad overview of SASE and the features and functionality that I should expect, it felt very Cisco centric, I know that there are other competitors for SASE and a more generic presentation would have been appreciated. The instructor was knowledgeable but it didn't seem that he had a feel for the group he was presenting to,

Effective Communication for WorkPlace Feedback

After reading the one-star review, I am very greatful that that was not the experience that I had. Even though I have my bachelor's in communication, I still took notes in this class. I love that the speaker used my career to form examples and discovered and pointed out what I need to improve on. This class has also motivated me to keep working on my communication skills. While my degree is over, that does not mean I need to stop learning or refreshing myself on communication skills, especially when starting a new career. However, I did four stars, because like me, there is always room for improvement.
