Absolutely the worst company for training
Absolutely the worst company for training. Do not believe anything on their website. Read their terms and conditions carefully before parting with your money. They will not issue any refunds even when their trainer is a no-show and they don't conduct the training and will lie to the credit card company that they provided the training.
Their online training is a joke, where terrible overseas instructors simply read off charts and end the training prematurely. Instructors are terrible and not experts at all
ISO 27001 Lead Auditor Training Review
I recently completed the ISO 27001 Lead Auditor training with Sprintzeal, and I’m very pleased with the overall experience. The course was well-structured and comprehensive, covering all key aspects of ISO 27001 and audit methodology in a way that was relevant and practical. The materials provided were extensive and helpful in both learning and exam preparation.
What truly made the training exceptional was the quality of the trainer (Ashlesha Awashthi). The instructor was highly knowledgeable, patient, and approachable, taking the time to explain complex concepts clearly and in a way that was easy to understand. They used real-world examples and encouraged active participation, which significantly enhanced my learning experience. Their support throughout the sessions helped me build confidence in my skills and prepared me very well for the Lead Auditor role.
Interactivity and trainer knowledge
The session was not interactive at all, the trainer basically read out loud the ppt slides. We did not receive the workbook that was referred to on several slides. It was also promised on the website that we get 1000+ mock questions but we got only 150 without a key.
Light and shadow,
Light and shadow,
parts of the training were good but others really focus on just getting things done
The cases where quite practical, it covered all aspects of the training materials
The cases where quite practical and the training materials are quite simple to follow and understand, All training objectives were covered.
Informative
The slides were informative, labs offered real world experience.
I recently completed the CISSP…
I recently completed the CISSP instructor-led online training with Sprintzeal, and it was an outstanding experience. My instructor, Shrushti, was excellent. She covered a large amount of material in just four days while still taking the time to answer all my questions with patience and clarity. She also connected CISSP concepts to real-world industry scenarios, which will help me contribute more effectively in my role. The team was very supportive in guiding me through the endorsement process after the exam, which I truly appreciated. Overall, the entire experience was smooth, informative, and well-structured. I highly recommend Sprintzeal to anyone looking to prepare for the CISSP exam in a short timeframe.
Perfect experience.
Everything’s made clear by the instructor.
support team is very helpful and understanding, faced a lot of setbacks that they helped with.
Excited to try out more courses with Sprintzeal!
The training session is done…
The training session is done sistematically. I learn alot from Shardeep, the tutoring person. He is very knowledgable. I also like how he can explain complex concept using my own level of understanding. The practice exam is a nice way for me to expect what could be on the exam later. The training company is trusted and very accomodative.
Absolute unprofessional
Absolute unprofessional behavior. I have purchased a training course that included an Exam voucher. After several chases, i didn't get any response from the sales and the so called manager and never got the exam voucher.
This is very disappointing and i would definitely not recommend this company as they do not respect their customers, they take people's money and don't deliver what was promised.
Training delay happen
The trainer was actually excellent, but the schedule is a bit lagging. In my case, my original starting date for the training should be on Monday, but my actual starting date was Wednesday. This should be improved later, especially because some participants (like me) are coming from abroad, so the schedule really matters.
Sprintzeal's CompTIA course was great
Sprintzeal's CompTIA course was great. The instruction explained complex topics clearly and made the sessions engaging with real-world exmaples. I also appreciated the flexible schedule and responsive support.

Professional and Valuable ISO/IEC 17025 Training
I had an excellent experience with the ISO/IEC 17025 Lead Assessor training. The course was well-structured, practical, and very informative.
Lisa was an outstanding trainer — clear, supportive, and highly knowledgeable. She explained the concepts with real examples and made the sessions engaging and easy to follow.
I highly recommend this training for anyone looking to strengthen their auditing and quality management skills.
