Terrible service. Cold, unhelpful staff. Did order Hoka trainers on line through them. Great trainers but wouldn’t recommend the shop.

I bought an ebike for 1550 Euro but i lost my ticket.
After two years i wanted to sell it but the buyer wanted to see the ticket to prove the Age.Sprinter was not able or not willing to make a copy of this buy however i presented my bank extract as i payed by card.
So i cant sell the bike.Service ? No

I ordered a pair of futsal shoes, and they only lasted three training sessions before the sole was worn out. I wrote a review and submitted a complaint, but they never responded. No solution or follow-up at all.

Marbella shop …shame I can’t send a photo of the queue.

I was waiting 4 weeks for receiving my order. There was never an phono call or attempt. After me emailing them they said there was failed address in delivery that was not true. Anyway I gave them my work address with open reception 24/7 so they couldn’t have any excuse anymore. After that it took another week that after my second email they finally delivered. Very bad experience compare to any other online sport shop I ever order from.

The product was received within 1 day, but the box was opened, the tag was removed and there were scratches. My son still wanted to keep the sneakers, but I wouldn't buy from them again.

Sprinter is a shop fot sport clothes for males and females .You can find what you want based on sport clothing. Is located on almost every part of Spain.
The people that are in the shop will help you if you ask for something that you don´t now where is it they gladly will help you to find it. You can find some very good quality sport clothing for males and females and some comfortable shoes and for a very good price
I like Sprinter because the ones that work there dont suffocate you but they dont ignore you neither they are always for you..

They sent me a product in a different color and they did not offer a free return ("costs for shipping have to be paid by the client|"). I have bought the product online and i cannot return i the shop since there is none closeby.

It is the worst telephone company in the United States, it has no coverage anywhere, they are scammers, they steal your money, you don't have internet anywhere, the GPS does not work for you in many places, this has been one of my worst experiences, no I recommend it to anyone so they don't make the same mistake.
