I literally bought a Betty boop camo…

I literally bought a Betty boop camo sweater and it was 50 dollars. Back last year in December I never got it nor did they send any shipping information, I never received my package till this day I contacted customer service and emailed them they did absolutely nothing within helping only re-asking my order number and saying I probably got the address wrong when I didn’t. And I was honestly so pissed and mad I tried to request refund and shit they absolutely ignored me don’t EVER BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER BUYING A CAMO…

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER BUYING A CAMO BETTY BOOP LONG SLEEVE.

I have no clue where to even start. I ordered Sept 21. They told me it would take 3-4 weeks. A couple weeks went by they told me that they are reworking the garments and I’m not getting exactly what I ordered or what was pictured. They told me they were remaking the look of vintage shirts with no distressing. Months went by, nothing from them so I emailed them and they told me it will be shipped out soon, I told them they should be updating the customer not the customer asking for updates that’s backwards. Anyways, finally after many emails asking where my item was I finally received it December 17th. AND GUESS WHAT. It looked like something you’d receive from SHEIN. I am so disappointed a vintage Betty boop inspired camo shirt that was $40+ looks like something off temu/shein. Anyways, the material looks like it will pill in 1 wash, there is no tag at all except a generic “M” for medium. It looks NOTHING like the photos not even remotely close to the vintage inspired look. Also, it is a thin fleece? Cheap fleece material. Which when I told them I am so upset they told me they disclosed it was fleece and I have every email and fleece was never mentioned.

Do not buy from this company they definitely do not make their garments, they buy cheap wholesale (which whatever) but 3 months for a $40 SHEIN item heck no. Awful communication until you say how much you hate the cheap item then they are all ears.

Bad communication

Bad communication, ordered a camo tee in August, takes about 3-4 weeks for order process. Waited after the 4 weeks to contact them since I never received a shipping email. They message me saying there’s some logistics issues and they would update soon, waited another week and half, and no update. So I message again, get the same exact response copy paste ! So I leave message on instagram they delete it, then message me for my order number then, I respond and then they proceed to never respond but post on their instagram feed, and delete other customer complaints.
