Fair, fast, efficient, and polite!
We had a breakdown of our 16 year old A/C system in the midst of 115+ degree weather. After getting a patch from another contractor and then seeing their quote for a replacement system, we knew we needed to get a few other options. We had 6 contractors come out to provide quotes. Justin was super flexible with scheduling so that we didn't have multiple contractors around at the same time. He educated me on several options, including a heat pump that was very intriguing, but we ultimately went with a Goodman two-stage. Several other contractors quoted high and either backed their number down with all sorts of "discounts" or invited me to negotiate. I don't like either. If someone wants my business, give me your best price up front. Springbok gave me what I researched was an excellent price up front and backed it up with fantastic reviews on-line. They were ready to install in a short time frame and their guys were polite, punctual, and cleaned up after themselves. While the intense attic heat caused the completed installation to extend to two days, we were up and cooling on the first day without any problems. I'm very pleased with the Goodman model that they recommended. It maintains a more even temperature throughout the hot day. Spingbok wasn't the cheapest out of the 6 quotes, but they were pretty darn close! Considering the fast and efficient service, polite workers, and great product installed correctly the first time, just a little more was well worth it! I will recommend them to my family and friends and I would use them again without hesitation.
