Easy to use. Fun for my son to have it delivered I'm mail and be financially independent, whilst still supervised. He loves tapping and paying for things, he now asks questions about how much things cost and how he will have left on his card. A great way to discuss value of items. Buying generic. Vs brand names etc. I love the design on the card. It would be great to have rewards attached to his spending.

I would not recommend Spriggy Mobile to anyone.
I ordered two SIM cards and mobile plans on 26 November 2025. Payment was taken immediately and I received confirmation via SMS and in the Spriggy app, which stated the SIMs were processing and would arrive within 10 days.
They never arrived.
I contacted Spriggy support via their only advertised channel (online chat) on 8 December 2025 and was told there was a processing issue with the order — despite the fact they had taken my money and confirmed the orders. I was told the issue would be escalated and I would receive an update within 24–48 business hours.
That never happened.
As of 13 December 2025, I had received no SIM cards, no service, no refund, and no communication. I was forced to go in-store to another provider to get working services.
Taking payment and failing to supply the service, then failing to resolve it or even follow up, is unacceptable. Based on my experience, Spriggy Mobile’s customer service and order handling cannot be relied upon.
I have lodged a complaint with the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman and am pursuing a full refund.
Avoid this service.

Extremely Disappointed – No Service After 15 Days
I purchased a Spriggy Mobile plan 15 days ago, and my service is still not connected. I’ve followed up multiple times, including today, only to be told yet again by a call centre operator that my request will be “sent to the operations team” and they’ll “connect the service as soon as possible.” This is the same vague promise I’ve heard repeatedly.
Last Saturday, I was told the service would be connected by Monday morning. It’s now Monday, almost noon, and nothing has changed. I called again and asked for a refund, but no one took ownership of the issue. Even when I clearly stated I was unhappy but willing to wait until Monday, no one bothered to contact me to inform me of any further delays.
This shows a complete lack of accountability, poor management, and nonexistent customer relationship practices. It feels like Spriggy Mobile is only interested in collecting the initial registration fee, with no regard for customer satisfaction or follow-up.
I strongly advise others to think twice before signing up. If this review reaches senior management, I hope they take this as a wake-up call to fix their broken processes and start treating customers with respect.
