It took over a month to arrive and not the 3-5 days as promised. However, I received a phone call apologising and giving a small refund for the trouble. It still did not arrive on the new date promised. I did eventually receive my order which is good.

Very first time I used the site and was very disappointed won't recommend it to nobody.still waiting for items i ordered on the 28th of November. Got tricked into signing up for rubbish and got debited for it even though I am still waiting for the order I made in the first place.

I paid for an item on the 18th of November that was supposed to be with me within 4days.On the 9th of November I sent in a poor review as I couldn’t find out anything about my purchase.Within hours I was contacted,they had run out is stock. I was supposed have been sent an email to tell me but the system failed to send it.Jo in customer services was very apologetic and informed me that new stock was due and would get my purchase by Tuesday,in light of this experience I now give Spree TV a 5 review.

UPDATED REVIEW: Spree tv have now contacted me and tried to resolve the issue.. although this only happened after I left this review and did a chargeback on my credit card company. I am not 100% convinced it would have happened otherwise. However they have tried to rectify the issue and get in contact with me. In fairness this is good customer service. I have left the written review the same so other customers can see what happened as it is an honest experience but I have changed my star rating as that is only fair as they tried to sort the problem.
WARNING.. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE! My experience has been awful..My Item has not arrived and there is absolutely no way to get hold of anyone to resolve the issue.. Firstly they use the shop app as the only method of tracking so I have no idea what courier it has been sent with (if at all) and no number to follow up with.. The shop app does not update and has no useful information at all..
My item was supposed to have been delivered over a week ago. I have emailed twice with no reply and was on hold for over 45 mins to speak to someone on the phone and got cut off... I have now had to raise a dispute with my credit card company and they are investigating to get the money back.. Based on my experience.. AVOID like the plague!
