None of the company contact information works!

Ordered the fish kibble as our first product. Dogs did not like it. Gave them another chance and ordered the beef and barley. They like it. Problem…they automatically sent me another fish kibble from a “future order”. Went to their website, went to contact us, sent mail, returned as not a good web address. Tried multiple times, was not user error. Went to website, called number provided during their business hours, does not receive calls. Is this company a scam? Just want to return the second fish kibble for a refund…unable to contact!
Was contacted by company, missed the incoming call, tried calling back….the number still does not work. The email address still does not work. Would like to talk to live person but cannot access one!

Picky Eaters

We were noticing a lot of paw licking, butt dragging, and quite honestly energy issues that I never noticed until a week into the Spot & Tango transition. About a week after starting Spot & Tango our Pitty seemed a bit more spry/eager. Two weeks in and there’s no paw licking, no butt dragging, and we aren’t even to full feeding schedule yet. My dogs were two of the pickiest, but now they tend to tell us when it’s meal time.

I’ve been feeding my doodle expensive…

I’ve been feeding my doodle expensive frozen fresh food. He does love it but it’s just too expensive to continue. The I discovered rhe Unkibble. Less expensive and apparently has the same fresh flavor as the high end fresh food. He loves it, without hesitation. Keep at eating the m temperature so no thawing a day ahead.

From famished to full.

After pulling an abused and neglected 7 month old pup from the euthanasia list, I was having trouble getting him to eat. Tried all foods but he would only eat if there were treats on it… or he was just really hungry from not eating. Immediately after introducing Spot & Tango, he now waits to be fed and cleans his bowl!! Thanks guys! You’ve made both our lives better!!

High-Quality Dog Food

We’ve had a great experience with Spot & Tango’s freeze-dried dog food. The quality is impressive — you can tell it’s made with real, wholesome ingredients, and we feel good knowing we’re feeding our dog something nutritious and thoughtfully prepared. It has that fresh, high-quality look and smell that sets it apart from typical kibble. Most importantly, our dog loves it. I have noticed Peaches coat is softer…

I have noticed Peaches coat is softer and shinier. She also is not as red drain eyes. I think the freeze dried idea is perfect. She actually looks forward to mealtime now. Kibble caused her to be overweight. I believe Spot and Tango will help with her weight. I am truly impressed and highly recommend it.

My Doberman Lilah is loving her…

My Doberman Lilah is loving her unkibble! When I opened her very first bag she couldn't even wait for me to put it in her bowl, she started eating it right out the bag. If we take to much feeding her in the evening, she will hit her bowl and bark. Telling us her bowl is empty. We have noticed a huge difference in her too. It must be improving her digestion because she used to clear a room with her gas. Dobermans have a lot of issues and tend not to live past 10 years. Our hope is that better quality food may aid us in keeping her way past that. Thank you Spot & Tango!

Great Dog Food

The dog food arrived quickly and in good condition. I was skeptical whether my dogs would like this, as I had ordered expensive dog food in the past and they didn't like it. This product was much more reasonably priced and my dogs love it. Great product!

I was skeptical about trying out a new…

I was skeptical about trying out a new dog food as my dog is quite picky. She absolutely loves this unkibble! I also gave a little bit to my 3 month puppy and she gobbled it up, even my cat ! I’m sticking to this brand for sure!

Do Better - something is wrong when the packing slip states the full order but it’s not all included

My two pups are on Unkibble. The first two rounds, I noticed that the food does not seem to last as long as intended. I’ve supplemented the last 2nd round with fresh poached chicken to see if it would make a difference as I followed the instructions. I still noticed the food would not last enough until their next order so I ordered the food sooner as I have done the last two rounds and added extra kibble for this third round.
I should have received six bags. Nope, I was shorted the larger turkey bag for one of my pups but the paperwork in the box stated I received 6 bags.
I notified the company of the shorted order and was asked this morning via email at 8:51 am to send the number of bags and the photos of all the bags received. I responded at 9:33 am with the information, 5 bags and all five photos. I have not heard back.
To be shorted the more expensive larger bag leaves a bad impression and anyone who purchases expensive kibble does so because they take the care of feeding their pups seriously. I am still waiting for an answer of when I will receive the missing bag of food that I paid for.

I called the helpline and Teejay assisted me. He was incredibly helpful. I appreciate his help and prompt response. I did need hear back from the email. I’m assuming that the notes were updated.

Super stinky farts

My dog ate the food in the beginning when it was mixed with the Blue Buffalo dry food but then the Blue Buffalo ran out he wouldn't eat it and just barked at me. Their is a big side effect that never went away, extreme stinky flatulence. The smell is so awful you will want to leave the room. I will give away the rest of the expensive food to the shelter, but I'm sure they wont appreciate it, lol smell.... PS they do automatic reorder so be aware.

My dog got sick after 3 months

My dog had the beef and barley air dried food. After 3 months he got sick with pancreatitis. The vet recommended a very low fat diet as a way to treat him. $2,400 dollars it cost me. I come to find out the food has 22% fat content when dogs are recommended to have food between 10-20% fat. You need to change the formula of the food if you’re going to market this as a superior alternative.
