They have shipped package and never sent me a shipping number. When I contacted them they told me that package is going to arrive in 2 days so I took day off and stayed at home waiting for package. Package wasn’t coming so I call customer service and after an hour they told me that package will be on my address within the hour. After 2 hours package didn’t arrive so I called shipping company to check where is the package, they told me that no one has contacted them about the package and that is not going to be delivered it so I have scheduled delivery. I have contacted customer service week ago with complaining about service and they never responded. So that reason I am leaving this review.

Arrived in time indicated and all purchases seem good quality so far except the AirTag key chain which is quite cheap in both look and feel sadly but it was not expensive, it just looked nicer in picture online shop🤔

5) If it is for domestic use where you are going to fit the machine probably in the basement, it is a huge struggle. The delivery company did not deliver inside the house and that means extra costs to pay another company to move it inside or extra risk as the equipment had to be out of the house for a couple of days until you organize your friends to help you move it in.

I ordered a Backpack 50 L Army Black. It was delivered quickly and was in good condition. After 1.5 months the bottom of the bag starts to crumble and now 2 months later there is a hole in the bottom, the straps are coming apart and the computer pocket is destroyed. It is not worth the 534 kroner.
