If you value honesty and accountability, stay far away from this company — and especially from their rep, Lisa Bourland.
We sent clear model numbers, photos, and details for the treadmill part we needed. Lisa confirmed what to order, but the company shipped the wrong part, which they later admitted in writing. Instead of making it right with a refund or exchange, they blamed another vendor and even claimed our treadmill was somehow “refurbished with a different part.” That’s just absurd.
Every step of the process was a fight. They stalled, refused responsibility, and kept hiding behind “waiting on the manufacturer.” Meanwhile, we were stuck with a useless part and no resolution.
Lisa acted like customer issues were an inconvenience, not her job — constantly dodging accountability rather than fixing the problem. It was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
Bottom line: They took our money, sent the wrong part, and refused to make it right.
Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.
