Most horrible crypto sportsbook ever this is damn ridiculous they are asking for KYC verification !! For damn sake it is crypto and you people are a bunch of thief’s blocking account and asking for KYC verification when it is crypto it should be anonymous there shouldn’t be no need for it !! This is why we chose crypto to avoid it not to be harassed by security !! Avoid this sportsbook at all cost !!!

Update: user name is magicity . I have never been asked for KYC by a crypto sportsbook absolutely there is a difference it’s crypto and should be anonymous there should never be a KYC verification !! Stake.com nor betcoin.ag has ever asked me for one and I’m sure they will never do so they understand the fact that customers chose crypto to remain anonymous !! Update #3 Community Manager Steve seem to wanna avoid what crypto was founded for and simple fact its not be traced therefore a user prefer be anonymous. Crypto sportsbook and a normal online sportsbook are way different idk what world you live in seem to be your very own!! Also simple fact you KYC customers and don’t even offer a customer cool down periods is damn awful !! my 1.4 eth which of it 1eth is my deposit !! That I have sitting in your sports book should be returned to me when I process a withdrawal . Stake.com allows this at once and even Betcoing.ag who take time allow a withdrawal with no KYC ever !! can’t seem to do so with Sportsbet.io !! Update #4 I wanna thank Steve and Sportsbet.io for letting me have my ETH plus a bit of what I gained .4 ETH to be exact I was able to have this sent to my ETH wallet address without KYC verification thank you for respecting what crypto is all about ! I wanna say sadly my account has been closed and will not open any other account which I never intended to . Please in the future for other sake 48hrs withdrawal after deposit is kind of steep just line the low blow of KYC verification hope to see this issue resolved and wish all the best to you

I have problem with withdraval. They still write 'You are unable to withdraw for 48 hours after making a deposit'.

my username is sarahelashry and made 3 deposits of 100$ i played many times and lost and won the last time and got to a balance of 1000$ i withdraw and it was declined they after asked for kyc verification and provided all of them even made the email verification which required a selfie picture and i got verified but still couldnt withdraw they sent me an email 4days after and told me i have more then 1 account and that my account got suspended and disabled but i never openend a other account i am still waiting for a other reply from the team

Do not even approach this notorious bookie. I won 4-3 free bets, later they recognized and it was closed. They will ask KYC verification to make sure that you can't withdraw your funds, but they will gladly accept your deposits. Please, stay away.

I started to bet with sportsbetio.Uk a few weeks a go , after they asked me for some documents, they just blocked my user account , i was planning to use my money but I couldn’t, because MY MONEY IS BLOCKED !!!
How it’s possible???

I actually was happy with my sportsbet.io experience until all of a sudden they deprived me of free betting without a reason or any reasonable explanation. They told me that my account was not eligible for a free bet which is a total lie because just last week, I won $10 bonus twice; they paid and I free bet with it.
I got another $10 through 4-3-free game yesterday however neither the bonus nor my other free bet predictions, which were also made earlier, show up on my acount today.
I can prove my case with photos but they don't seem to care. Hope, this can be solved but I'm not so positive about it.

These many days I didn't face any problem from sportsbet.io but from last 15-20days I'm facing problem with them my money getting debited from my account and not getting deposited into my sportsbet account I couldn't understand what is happening

I had couple of deposits which got failed but the funds got debited from my bank and didnt reflect in sportsbet account. I tried reaching their customer service and they asked me to wait for 14 bussines days which I did and still didn't get the funds. I tried reaching my bank they said the funds has been claimed by the merchant(sportsbet). But sportsbet deny that saying they haven't got any update from the payment provider. It's been more than 50 days since the issue started and I get to hear the same reply from the customer service saying that they are expecting a reply from the payment provider and they can't give any time frame. I am requesting an email stating that they didnt get the funds to be sent to the bank email Id so that I can raise a dispute with my bank.
I tried reaching their chat support numerous times and I get ti to hear this standard reply for the past 50 days.

I have been with sportsbet for 2 years now and this is how they treat a loyal customer. I will never recommend sportsbet to anyone

I wrote them over 10 emails a day, they are answering me here that they are waiting my answer but they are liers, they don’t answer me anything and send me the same email every time when i write here a review!!! And i send them 10 emails after that and no answer. Liers because i won 1680 euros, are you serious give me my money!!! I will sue you!!!

Also i tried talking to your live chat and emailed you but both gave the same story. Would not refund and would not deposit. I can forward you their email if you want.

Try searching for Shamay and you will find me. I will tell them to forward the emails but i cant guarantee they will reach. I hope you understand my frustration.

Edit: I emailed them after Steve told me with instructions to forward my emails to Steve. Didnt even get a reply. I rest my case.

i think all these negative reviews are fake, i am using sportsbet from last 1 year and they are one of the best site, Support is super awesome , they reply you fast and solve any problem you have as soon as possible, i sent them KYC documents and my account got verified within 10 hours, best thing is withdraws only take upto 10 minutes.

Hello, My user id is alex566. I have been using sportsbet.io since last 2 months and I find it a very good platform to bet on, the bets were clean and withdrawals were quick but 4 days ago my withdrawal of $7000 was suddenly rejected and I was asked to submit KYC documents.
I understand that and I completed every step within 4-5 hours, I provided them all the documents they asked but than I am waiting since last 3 days for any reply from the support team.
I am mailing them continuously, asking the live support chat too about the reason behind this hold up but I get no response from them. Atleast you guys can tell me how much time it will take..
My brother who referred me have been using your website since last 2 years, he told me he have done transactions of over 32 Bitcoins, he never got any problem in withdrawals.

And I see sportsbet.io literally answer everyone to solve it and many of the claims are false, where they stay quiet after they get an answer from sb.io.

Let me just say this:
I have not had any issues, and I bet big. And they are very quick on withdrawals, even if its 5k USD it max takes 20-30 minutes till its processed.

Do not let you get fooled from all these negative reviews, usually its always the people losing finding their way to trustpilot.

Number one scammer in batting world. When you loss you are good but when you win they restricted your account and unable to withdraw your fund. When my account balance 1500$ they restricted my account and tell kyc verification need. I sent all documents and also video verification they take. The SportsBook industry is in complete shambles. The amount of sharp people who can win bets at will has increased dramatically.

So what do they do? Ask for KYC then confiscate funds and create issues. Total cowards. At this rate they can just print money by rejecting people who win and confiscating their winnings.

plenty of bad things to say here, have been a customer for quite some time and have experienced a lot, but really a lot of technical issues. live betting not available, multi betting not available, deposits not available. When chatting wit the live chat they told me that I would get on the goodies list for al these malfunctions and missing out on placing a bet on my favorite sports. Today I have another malfunction and asked them about the goodie list. They simply told me that it isn't because you are on the goodie list that you will get anything. afterwards they told me that putting them under pressure won't help either, even tough I was just kindly asking if something went wrong. won't recommend this betting site to anyone! stay as far away as you can.
