I won over 3000 pound and I withdrawn the money but suspended my account saying my account is on review they haven't payed yet any help please what shall I do everything I called they saying still no update what shall I do

If I could give no stars, I would have. Absolutely shocking, I have money in my account, I have tried to withdraw 25 times, I can’t get my money out. They have no customer service. Do not use William Hill.

Very bad experience i deposit my money but later when i try log in it was showing error but i always get emails from the site kindly log in to your account your money is there u tried everything changed password but still cant able to login my profile and i tried to ask for help but the service is so shit . Dont use this site save your money

Had money in my online account so I withdraw the money to bank 3 times now over a week now no money received quick to take your money don't want to pay back what isent there's what a joke

Do not use william Hill by far the worst site iv ever used honestly don't let them take your money because thats all that will happen. I will never use them again. There's plenty of other sites that won't just take all your money. Disgusting

Because I win more than I lose on the football they have stopped offering any promotions to me. When I queried this I simply got standard irrelevant replies on live chat. Clearly the only customers they want are losers who deposit much more that they withdraw.

william Hill blocked my account 4 days ago after withdrawing some money from the account, without telling me why and for how long. The digital assistant only informed me that my account is under a routine account review by one of our teams. Still blocked and no response , this company is a farce

Well I’ve been with William hill for ages. I only play 10p spins but had some nice wins, and cashed out and been in my account in seconds.I play the free spins which are promotions one on the sports side and sometimes 2 lots on the vegas slots. I won £180 once on free money, and cashed it out no problem. If I go to live help I find them brilliant always lovely and sort my problem out.yes sometimes the games keep reloading but I enjoy my play on this site I love it.

No fun at all, I don’t expect to win much but this site is shocking!! I reviewed this company a few years ago, when they had a very glitchy website. That side of things appears to have improved, and this review is NOT about their sports or gaming site, but their LIVE CASINO. All I can say is DO NOT go near it. I was sent an email with a small bonus attached, with a choice of three games. I chose one, entered the room, and there was a bonus round in play. I was prompted to use a "bet creator", whereby I could select my chips and numbers, and have them ready to play when the bonus round had finished. I did this, and before I knew it the countdown had finished and the wheel was spinning. It landed in one of the numbers I had chosen, but for some reason the bet creator hadn't fired. So instead of a nice little win for my troubles, I encountered a loss, as I added a few chips to the bonus I had received. The worst part of this though was the customer service. Utterly shambolic, wasn't interested, no offer of a small bonus to compensate, just a load of "fair play" copy and paste corporate bull, with absolute zero level of customer care. I suppose to work for a bookmaker though you've got to not care about the punter, that's how they operate.

So it's safe to say I will never, ever go near their Live casino again, they clearly like cheating their clients and then treating them like dirt when they complain.

Trust me, if you want to play a bit of live roulette, do not use this site.

William Hill has some excellent offers, like refunds on horse racing bets when yours comes in second. Seems too good to be true? It is. Use those offers and you'll find yourself banned from all promotions and possibly stake-limited.

Imagine if your local supermarket banned you from shopping there if you bought discounted products or used a 3 for 2 offer. That's effectively what William Hill are doing.

I find it hard to understand how and why William Hill have such a poor rating ??? I am a happy, safe and rewarded customer. Everyday i complete at least two freebies that can and have lead to good cash payouts. Only a couple of weeks past; I won 10 x 10p spins and this made me over a pound which i grew into £20 before cashing in. Deposits and withdrawals are easy and fast. Customer Services are polite and helpful. I need to contact them every few weeks if I win spins on a certain slot game, that will not load on my chrome book, they always put the equivalent amount of cash in my account to enable me to use a alternative game. I get a reminder every hour so i don't over spend. WILLIAM HILL i thank you and all your staff

Their bonus drop and scratch of the day promo's are fixed, I was putting up with that as they are free to play anyway, but today was the final straw when the website said "Guaranteed £5 free bet" but it awarded me just £2 I tried to resolve the issue via live chat, first agent couldn't resolve it but they offered to put me thru to a supervisor, who simply cut and pasted a general response and then immediatly disconnected the chat, which is EXTREMELY rude, so I tried again & was transferred to a different supervisor, I received the same cut and paste response, I said I wanted to complain and tried to reason with them, I had already supplied a screen shot proving it guaranteed me £5, but again the chat was disconnected, so against UK gambling commission regulations they have also refused and ignored my wish to complain.

Absolutely garbage site no support poker app took 10 out of bank no funds appear and then no one there support or on phone.
Eventually get someone and they claim the money was there when it wasn't???
