I am completely dissatisfied with the order I placed! It was made on July 4, 2026, with an estimated delivery date of July 12, 2026. Today is July 22, 2026, and the order has still not arrived! If you do not take the necessary steps to contact your international delivery partners regarding your products, I will be forced to leave the lowest possible rating and negative comments on all international websites. This will damage your reputation and deter potential customers from buying anything from your site.

We are also really disappointed in the shipping to Bulgaria. We contacted PostNL, our local carrier. They said that the package was handed over to a Bulgarian transport carrier a week earlier and then it's out of their hands and control. So they could not say why it takes so long for the Bulgarian carrier to ship it to you and how long it’s going to take. The package has eventually been delivered on 23 of Juli at a pickup location and not even at home according to the delivery log.
We can imagine that the delivering process was frustrating for you. We have on the other hand no influence on the shipping companies who most of the time do their job right and deliver the packages on time, also to Bulgaria where we shipped to before. But this is just unusual long! They really did a bad job on this one.
Our apologies and this is indeed damaging our reputation. So unfortunately, we have had to decide to stop delivering to Bulgaria.

The card toplosder arrived with dust and plastic particles in the inside, making imposible to used for the card protection. Also the card sleeves where bigger that the description, not working for TCG cards.

Hello Sebastian,
That's a shame to hear. The Toploaders where sealed and came from Ultra PRO.
Ultra PRO is a good brand and should not have dust and plastic particles in them. So maybe you have some pictures of what the toploaders looks like? So I can send them to the supplier.
The sleeves that you bought where thick sleeves. Those are made for cards > 55pt up to 130pt thickness.
Most TCG cards are 20pt, so you needed the Penny Sleeves!
