Don't waste your time!

Tried over the course of 2 weeks to book timing equipment with Ben to little avail. He seemed polite, and helpful to start with, and then proceeded to keep fobbing me off by providing me a variety of excuses, and telling me he would get me a quote back 'tomorrow', but tomorrow never came. I was incredibly patient, and eventually, towards the end of the second week, after making me chase him for an answer, he simply told me he was suddenly busy with another event?! He successfully wasted my time, and I am now having to pay a premium to have another business time my event due to now the late booking.
Simply put very unprofessional and a waste of time.
I wouldn't recommend unless you fancy wasting your time chasing him for an answer.
