I ordered a grey product

I ordered a grey product, but I was delivered the blue version. I used the return function on the website, but I'm supposed to pay for the return myself. I tried contacting Sportano.com through e-mail, but after 10 days I still haven't received a response. I tried contacting Sportano.com through their webform, but after 2 workdays, still no repsonse. I tried contacting Sportano.com through phone, but it is a lenghty IVR phone menu in Polish...
