Sporn training halter harness lifetime guarantee is a joke!

Bought a sport training halter harness for my 10 lb dog because they were recommended as best on market for my little escape artist and also guaranteed for life. As I was walking her the harness broke and she ran loose. Being disabled and that it was night, almost impossible to catch her. I contacted the company multiple times and they don’t even have decency to respond to any one of my emails, never mind honor their lifetime guarantee.
I tried taking it back to store where I bought it and was told to just take a hammer to it and put it back together. They have lost a customer
