My Scalar unit stopped working
My Scalar unit stopped working. I emailed Spooky2 Support. Kally, from Support, contacted me immediately and worked with me to troubleshoot the issue. She then had a new circuit board sent out right away with instructions on how to replace it. Great support!
SCALAR HEALING
Around May 2024 I bought the Scalar equipment and another Gen X pro for myself. Previously I have bought the Plasma tube, ball, Central and another Gen X pro for my daughter (who has multiple myeloma) and that equipment resides at my daughter and son in laws home. Prior to that I had bought my 1st Gen X pro.
This will be my very 1st testimony. During 2023 my CRP (C- reactive protein) result climbed. I've had polymyalgiarheumatica since 14 February, 2018 and for approximately 28 years had been a Tai Chi practitioner but then my knees were discovered to have no cartilage and I was unable to carry out my practice. I had also been practising yoga since the '70's and also loved walking. At this stage I accepted the medication of steroids (Prednisolone). As a result of the CRP results climb, more investigations showed I had breast cancer and my intuition said to have a lumpectomy which happened 28 November, 2023. As the lump was new and small the oncologist was able to remove it all.
I still did BFB's and as I'd been a healing channel since 1986 and done numerous courses I then utilised all this knowledge for myself as well.
On 12 August, 2024 I fell and fractured my left hip needing a plate and screws and then as the fracture had ""swizzled"" down my femur it needed a pin and screws. This is around 11 weeks ago. I was hospitalised for 9 days after which a dear friend insisted I stay with her (an ex theatre nurse) and was then home with another dear friend bridging the gap for 3 days here at home with me. Oh btw I am 83 y.o.
3 weeks ago my GP began acupuncture on the Gall Bladder meridian to treat the outward and inward scars from this operation. My CRP (Inflammatory Markers) had come down from 32 to 12 at that stage which to me in hindsight, proves the 30% Scalar Energy I was receiving was helpful. 2 weeks ago and another acupuncture treatment involving the bladder and gall bladder meridians. That same afternoon I had an appointment with my chiropractor who also does a technique called NET (Neuro Emotional Technique - like kinesiology). She did her usual checks and releases and then I said: I READ PEOPLE'S TESTIMONIES ON THE SCALAR EQUIPMENT WHERE THEY SAY THEY GET WONDERFUL SLEEP and I don't! The most I get is 5 hours. I haven't slept 8 hours for years! She checked me out and found MY BODY WAS ONLY ABSORBING/ACCEPTING 30% OF THE SCALAR ENERGY and she corrected this so I am receiving 80% of the Scalar Energy (which is what my body can accept). Re the sleep she explained I had a block in my Pineal gland and explained to me how to unblock it! FOR THE 1ST TIME IN YEARS I GOT 8 HOURS SLEEP THAT NIGHT AND HAVE CONTINUED TO DO SO.
IN ONE WEEK THE SCALAR EQUIPMENT HAS STOPPED ALL MY ACHES IN BONES AND MUSCLES AND OVER THIS LAST MONTH THE CRP HAS REDUCED TO 2 SO WILL SHORTLY BE OFF THE STEROIDS for Polymyalgia Rheumatica diagnosed 14 February, 2018.
I HAD NO DOUBTS RE SPOOKY 2'S ABILITY BUT COULDN'T UNDERSTAND WHY I WASN'T EXPERIENCING RESULTS. I now feel my days just flow... I feel as if I have lost at least 3 or 4 years of age - ALL IN A WEEK.

The company websites, discount &referral codes were not user friendly in my opinion and the online chat person was not helpful at all but I had a company rep on instant messenger that answered all my questions daily and explained every issue I encountered right up to tracking my order and resetting my password. He was the reason for my purchase. I have experienced scalar energy and I am waiting to see if your product compares to the EES system I experienced. Thank you for this wonderful rep who has made this experience much less stressful because it is an expensive item.

Fantastic Customer Service from Spooky2 rep!
My Scalar indicator light was not coming on at all. Anna with Spooky2 calmly provided me with all the steps to take to trouble shoot the problem and was so patient with me as I gathered all of the necessary information. The required replacement part was immediately sent out. The instructions on how to replace it were extremely clear. All is up and running again! I couldn't be happier with the level of customer service here!!
No evidence of improvement in health issues
My wife and I have been using Spooky2, generator X and the Scalar for 2 years. The Generator X is loaded with 30 programs from the data base specific to current health issues, The Tens pads have been used 100+ time for each of us. We can't identify an improvement on any issue, the machines have been operated according to exact instructions. We are very surprised there are so many 5 stars testimonies of healing when we have not a single evidence of improvement. We contacted them, all they said was, possibly the correct frequencies were not used, I responded, Tens pads select the frequencies and other frequencies were accurate to the issue. If this product is for real, you would think they would have offered to refund our money for the lack of evidence of function. It would be wonderful to get a solution to our real concerns. I requested a device that would measure the output of the generator X and Scalar, to confirm real frequency action. They stated there isn't anything to confirm operation.

I have used spooky 2 for 2 months during the day. My sleep has improved ie sleeping all night with only brief periods of wakefulness and I feel more rested in the morning. I got it to see what will happen with use. Pleased so far. Not planning to use rife for now.

I have had very prompt and helpful service from the spooky support team when my power supply failed to work. They have offered to provide and ship a new power adapter to me free of charge. For me, this is the best customer service as I only contacted them initially because I could not see it was sold separately on their website.
