Genuine, amazing competition brand! I never win anything, but I did this week! I was amazed at how fast and efficient they were with communication for getting my prize to me! They called me twice to make me aware on the evening of the draw, then proceeded with an email prompt the next day to arrange my prize claim. Super friendly team aswell! The Facebook live is great to watch the draw being held! Odds are super low due to the competition not being out there as much as massive companies! So take a chance on the odds while it’s so low! I’m so glad I did - I won £100, just what I needed before Christmas 2021! Thank you so much spoodle! Roll on the next competition because I can’t wait!

Prize duplication
All the internet pages are already open on the draw. They’ve had the same ps5 and game 3 times makes me think it’s rigged and someone they know is just pretending to be happy they have won it cause the ticket sales aren’t greater than the prize cost will not be playing again. Ps5’s are hard to get a hold of too find it hard to believe they have had 3 on the trot avoid

Thanks for your review. Albeit a very negative one but we welcome feedback of all kinds as we want to be the best we can. However, I think we need to clear up all the points you raised as we do feel they are unjustified.
You mentioned that all the internet pages are already open. Is that a bad thing to be prepared for the draw so that things run as smoothly and efficiently as possible? We try to make things as clear and transparent as possible and that is why we have everything laid out in anticipation of the live draw. We have Google date and time displayed also so you can see that it is all done live.
You also mentioned that we have had the same ps5 and game 3 times. This is incorrect. We have been lucky enough to get hold of a few PS5's over the last few weeks and I can assure you that they are all different ones. This week was the first time we have bundled the Fifa game with the PS5 as it was only released on 1st October. Seeing as our draws are every 2 weeks, I can't see how you would think it was the same PS5 and game being given away.
We started calling people up this week to try and increase our customers belief that we are a genuine company but clearly that gave you the opposite opinion. All our customers are genuine, and their reactions last night were completely unprepared.
We are a new competition company and as such we keep our ticket numbers and the cost per ticket low so that we can be as competitive as possible in a heavily saturated market. We have not sold out on any prize so far but this to be expected as we are new and have a small customer base right now. Although we make a loss every draw, we always guarantee that the draw will go ahead, and the prize will be awarded to the winner regardless of ticket sales.
I agree that PS5's are incredibly difficult to get hold of but we have a member of the team whose sole purpose is to find difficult to source prizes. We get alerts when they become available at different retailers and have so far been able to get one each time. We can show you the website we use for this so that you can try and get one that way instead. It does work, you just need to be quick.
We are very sad that you decided to give us a 1-star review rather than contacting us directly to discuss the points you raised. Unfortunately, in this industry if people don't win they assume it is a scam. Small genuine companies such as Spoodle rely heavily on reviews and winners feedback but when people make unsupported claims as to our trustworthiness it really affects potential customers confidence in entering our competitions for the first time. Great comp site
Amazing comp site. Varied selection of prizes from games consoles to ladies hair products and I pods ect. Good clear website and live draw on Facebook is is great. My wife one an Xbox.
