They personally reached out to me after submitting fort a refund and told me to keep the item on them and asked if there was anything else they could do to make it right and gave me a code for $20 off my next purchase. Thats totally INSANE I've never had anyone at a retailer reach out to me before. I will definitely be shopping here as much as I can with service like that.

My spoiled child experience
The experience I’ve had with spoiled child has been a positive one honestly. The companies products are top shelf and effective, and taste great as well. I have used at least 3 of their product and i have to say that i have been satisfied with the results. If I had anything that was less than satisfactory to me, ai would say the price point, it’s a little to high to me but everything else is spot on!!

Easy to order, fast shipping. I lobe the option to keep product or return in 14 days if not satisfied. I will continue to purchase Collagen liquid, mango flavor is perfect & no awful sweet aftertaste.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription of all your products. It keeps saying I am cancelled then charges me again. I no longer wish to be charged for this product! Any part of it whether it be pills, liquid or anything else. Stop charging me!

Love the product/Crappy business practice
Love the product; however, not allowing me to apply these $20 off perks to my existing subscription, is idiotic. You guys never make it easier. If I didn't LOVE your products, I would drop you for this kind of stupid bullshit. Now, I'll get ANITHER $20 perk (for this survey), you'll raise the price from $39 subscription, to $49 regular, you'll add $6 shipping, and in total, I will now get a grand total of $5 off.
