Better sleep! Falling asleep faster and sleeping most of night from the first night. And getting back to sleep if I do wake at 5 AM instead of waking at 3 and not getting back to sleep for hours. Feeling better in the mornings. Great product. Made a huge difference for me. On my second bag and will continue to use this wonderful product!

I am sleeping better, but still wake up often

I’m able to sleep a lot better, I still wake up around 1:00, but I go back to sleep and I continue until 6:30/7:00

I’m absolutely amazed with these Magnesium bisglycinate and K2 - D3 gummies! I was obviously deficient in both because after two weeks of taking them I feel a different person!

I am a true convert 😁 having tried tablets which are large capsules and for me, virtually impossible to swallow. The gummies (cute little bear shapes) are pleasant to chew & so easy to take on a daily basis.
Previously, a full nights sleep was something that might happen if you were lucky, or more than usually not.
Now its almost guaranteed. I started with 1 pack, just to try, from the first dose I felt they helped but allowed myself 2weeks to load my system. Dont get me wrong, these gummies are not a magic potion that kicks in when your head hits the pillow, but helps you drift off into wonderful sleep and should you wake during the night because of a noise, or maybe your like me and need a bathroom break, you wake without feeling groggy so no problem with your visit to the loo, then when you return to bed, do not have endless tossing & turning trying to get back to sleep. Sometimes I can nod off again in 10 or 15 minutes others a little longer, but I have always gone back to sleep untill its time to get up, again with no groggyness.
I would never be without a supply, which is why mine are now on subscription and would throughly recommend anyone to try them. After all, what have you got to loose, except a good night's sleep if you dont.
That's how I started, take them around 9pm and look forward to the sleep you have been dreaming of.
From order to delivery was about 2 weeks.

Early days, only been using for just over a week and they recommend to see full benefit will take up to 2-3 mths so why they think one week is enough to sing this products praises I don't know but thats Trustpilot for you. I feel I am sleeping better even though it has been warmer than usual at night. Would be able to give a more comprehensive review after some time. Come back to me then!

It’s a fab product the most important for me is how quick I fall asleep and also slight shift in energy after one month just started my 2nd Packet yesterday so hoping it will with that as well

Overall a great experience shame delivery takes so long .....but that said....worth the wait. Still early days but my sleep has improved 10 fold and my energy seems to have improved too so far so good

These are by far the best things I have taken.
I do not have an issue falling asleep. It is staying asleep.
Day 5 and I have slept great. If i do wake up to go to the bathroom. I fall right back to sleep.

The magnesium gummies- raspberry flavor- have helped my sleep significantly. I waited to leave a review until I saw a stable change. My nighttime wake ups have been reduced and even eliminated on some nights. When I do wake up it’s just a few minutes to return to sleep rather than an hour. I’m on my 3rd bag.

Have been taking the Gummies for four weeks and have definitely helped with my quality of sleep

I started these on June 24th and they worked from the very first night. I only missed taking them maybe 2 nights since then which would be 9 days ago and I noticed the difference. Those 2 nights I didn't sleep well. They really work. I have Tinnitus and have a hard time sleeping but this seems to help. Doesn't take it away but silences it quite a bit so I can get decent night's sleep.

I have only been taking SPNutrition Mg BisGlycinate for a bit over a week so far, so too early to tell about a difference in symptoms. However, I can attest that the gummies do NOT cause my GI system any distress whatsoever... and I have an incredibly sensitive system. It's fabulous to be over this first hurdle, as I could not tolerate other formulations of Magnesium.

I actually bought these Biglycin ,?? Gummies for myself, 61 male , previously had a stroke... Since buying these, I have noticed I sleep better, I don't tend to wake, I seem to get 6hrs no issue.. im good with that.

Honestly I have tried everything to help me sleep and have become the biggest sceptic of all of the remedies available online but I had nothing to lose to try another variation and this one doesn’t disappoint and actually works.

I have been sleeping like never before since I started taking these gummies and can highly recommend if you are sitting on the fence and hesitant to try, just do it. I have just re-ordered another 3 months and recommend to everyone.
