Yes, Split Drop does not allow users to VPN, Proxy, Use Emulators, or any other technique to earn money on Split Drop.
Every user is sent an email explaining this upon signing up. Upon an account being identified as using VPN/Proxy/Emulators Split Drop sends an email that also allows users to KYC their account to be able to collect their money upon Advertiser approval.

We do not require confirmation of Identity. People who use VPN / Proxy to access Split Drop are automatically suspended. But, if a person feels that this was in error, we give a user a chance to KYC their account and we will unsuspend them.
Legit and paying site
Splitdrop is a fantastic GPT site where you can earn from offers and surveys. They approve withdrawals in 1 day, the owner of this site is very active on discord so if there are any problems, you can discuss it on discord.

We do pay for referrals but the users you refer need to "Cash Out" at least $5 which triggers you getting paid. Looks like from all the users you referred, no money was made.
Unreliable with Payments on Hold
Splitdrop is a decent site, but it has serious issues when it comes to withdrawals. Some offers pay instantly, but others put your withdrawals on hold for 30 days. After the 30-day period, the withdrawal remains on hold indefinitely, without any clear resolution. You can’t do anything about it, and support is unresponsive.
I’m giving 2 stars only because some offers did pay out and withdraw as promised, but the lack of transparency and communication makes it hard to recommend.
Edit 1 : ok I understand your point of view , I read now the mails . My account has 0% chargeback rate , and I’ve done the revu offer 30 days ago . By the way I’ll wait the withdrawal , and understand your point of view that if i get chargeback you don’t receive the payout from revu .
Edit 2 : in the end they paid evrything , they just have problems with revu as they said .

We offered you to KYC your account for validation purposes which will enable you to proceed forward.
We don't gather any information on users besides
1. Their Email to create their account
2. Phone number to validate an account
Not sure how we would steal anyone's information but I am guessing it is the surveys you did for cash. All surveys you do are via 3rd parties survey providers. Split Drop has no insight into any data you voluntarily give to them.
If you want to use Split Drop, you need to follow the rules.
