I do like splice, I do like using splice - however it's a pain in the ass.

Firstly if you have a bunch of used credits that have rolled over, if you freeze your subscription for a couple of months - you can't use those credits you have PAID for. I think thats just ridiculous, I can understand if I cancel but just freezing??

It also signs me out every month which is really annoying because I have to relink my Ableton, resign in on both desktop and the app which makes my blood boil. All that and I use prob about 20 credits a month. Sort your stuff out.

The Spitfire samples work well for my needs. I’m still getting adjusted to the Splice interface.

K, firstly -- I LOVE the the platform, it's just this one specific issue I'm unsatisfied with... if a new user gets free month offer from their hardware supplier, they should ALSO be able to convert that to the yearly discounted 50% OFF Holiday special -- just like everyone else -- rather than having to create a who new account and go through the hassle of having to transfer all their saved stacks (love the stacks, BTW - literal game-changer). Other than this, you guys are KILLING IT!! so much fu, has replaced procrastination and doom-scrolling... MUCH LOVE!

To anyone starting out on a music-making journey I would recommend Splice wholeheartedly. Over the years I have wasted a lot of time and money buying sample packs that have a few samples that are right for me and a lot that are not! With Splice Bridge you can tailor your choice perfectly to your style and project.

This website is not really useful, it's just premade loops and a few presets. It lacks a lot of music genres. There are no pre made templates to download for beginners. Also with the standard creator plan you still have a credit limit of things you can download. If you wish to improve yourself as a producer, better to spend your money elsewhere.

I’m not that impressed to be honest. I wanted to use it to find similar sounds but they need to be more than one bar long which means if I just want some variety to my stabs or kicks it won’t work.

Also I built a collection of samples and expected to be able to download them all into one folder that I could import into Move. Instead it spread them across loads of other folders meaning I had to manually collate them.

For the price it’s not very good and too much hassle so I think I’ll cancel

Very easy filtering, great samples, and good vibe overall. No BS, just simple process of listen, like or download if you really like it and that's it..

This is by far the best app I could of find to create music. God Bless ya'll

I'm on disability and don't have a great deal of money. Through your rent to own program I was able to afford Bitwig and Serum, which has opened a door to creativity and given me a release. Your sound collection is top notch too. I deeply appreciate everything you provide.
