Search engine and Splice integrated still lacking
Please improve the search engine. It‘s not helpful if I type in „trap snare“ and gives me everything that has the word snare in it and everything that has the word trap in it.
Splice integration (in pro tools) is great, but it needs improvement in some areas. Please, please, please make the samples ACTUAL drag and drop so I can drag a sample from the integrated splice version directly into a sampler like Battery for instance. Right now I have to open another instance of the Splice standalone app to do that which defeats the whole point of having an integrated version.
Also, when auditioning one shots, it‘s really annoying when it‘s set by default to loop every bar. It‘s annoying to have to turn that off every time you wanna quickly listen through samples instead of looping. I also havent found it useful at all apart from when you‘re doing a four on the floor kick drum. Maybe integrate and off beat option so you can audition hi hats on the „and“ between each beat?
All in all, while some of the features are great, I still think Splice overall is too expensive for what you get.

Overcharged and fomo tactics
Charged 1624 NOK for a product i didnt even order at all, got my money back the day after and got 1524 NOK back, estimated 10 USD loss. And instead of just giving me a free month or any sort of accomedation for the fact that they messed up and your systems failed I was told to contact the bank and that my credits that I have paid for over the years will be deleted if i dont re-subscribe immediately. The product in itself is stellar and worth the 7,99 dollars it cost when I started but they have increased the price to over double (Now 19.99 USD) and says that if I leave they will delete all my credits i gathered over the years of loyalty. Only reason I'll continue to use their product is because they basically have monopoly in the market and that I will lose 450USD worth of credits if i leave.

My go to sample place
I started using Splice when I built my home studio 5 years ago and it just keeps getting better. The sample content is MASSIVE and it just keeps growing. Plus they’ve developed plugins like “Instrument” and Splice for DAW.
Since hardware like Akai and DAWs now integrate Splice I was ahead of the curve.
The plans are affordable for any budget
It’s a deep inspiration pool and I love it

Nice samples, but a lot of dissapointment.
Nice samples, but don’t get why they raised the price for new customers. The student plan is also not available in my country (The Netherlands) and the fact your credits dissapear when you cancel is very dissapointing. Why would you piss off your customers like this when you could be the most beloved platform in this industry by just fixing this bs?
