I did a lot of research before ordering, as i had never purchased Farrow & Ball paint online before. I called the company and was reassured to learn they use an actual Farrow & Ball tinting machine and offer a 30-day returns policy. The website is also very professional, which gave me further confidence in their reputation.
After placing my order, i had a query and was impressed that Jamie, the owner, personally reached out via WhatsApp, providing his direct number. He resolved my issue promptly and efficiently. It’s clear this company isn’t just about profit — they genuinely care about delivering great customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them - 5 *
