I have already provided you with all the required details regarding my return request, but your team continues to remain silent. This lack of response is extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
Yesterday, I once again contacted your customer care team. I was informed that the refund had been issued to my Sukran account, but I have not received anything till now. I have patiently waited and followed up multiple times, yet there has been no resolution.
As a long-time loyal customer with over 350 orders in the past 8 years, I never expected this kind of treatment. It’s unfortunate that a mistake by your logistics team has led to my money being withheld without proper investigation.
I have now decided to stop purchasing from Splash. I will also be sharing my full experience across all platforms to inform others. You may keep the refund amount — I consider it a donation to your company.

Finally, I will escalate this to your top management and see what action they take. Do you think this is a joke? How many days have I been waiting? How many calls and emails have I sent? Do you think I am a fool?
Why have you not clarified the issue? Simply saying I am not getting the items makes it sound like I am a thief. Why have you not investigated properly and informed me of the correct situation?
