Spitche is a great tool for building and engaging and online community. The gamification element, such as earning points by interacting with a brand on social media is really great and helps to continually incentivise users. The system itself is really easy to use and the team are incredibly helpful and responsive.

I launched an ambassador program for the beauty brand Lamel Cosmetics and was genuinely thrilled with how powerful this tool turned out to be — it transformed regular users into a true community and loyal brand fans. We gathered around 35,000 ambassadors in just a couple of months and saw our social media grow literally within days. In the era of community, that’s incredibly powerful! I’ve now moved to a new company and definitely plan to use Spitche there as well.
