Ordered 4 burners for gifts

Ordered 4 burners for gifts which were supposed to come with a variety pack of 10 each. Received only 1 scent for all 4 burners. Contacted Spirual and they immediately rectified the situation. Excellent customer service. Beautiful burners. Will order from them again. Thank you Spirual. 😊

I bought three. Bad idea

I bought three, two to be given as gifts, one for myself. I am so glad I tested it out first because it is HORRIBLE and not as advertised. The incense cones are just like the ones purchased at any headshops, gas stations, and assorted retailers. Any fragrance is hard to discern, they all smell the same, like burning chemicals, again like normal incense cones or sticks.
The waterfall is neat, a novelty, but the only selling point.
Your money would be better spent on yoga classes or a gym membership for
Stress and weightless (which they say this product helps with)

Top Notch

One thing that made this experience top notch was the email correspondence regarding the shipment every step of the way. The shipment arrived right on time! The product is beautiful!! I gave it to my daughter as a gift and she loves it!

Mother-in-law order from these but…

Mother-in-law order from these but accidentally order 3 units and not one. Applied to cancel the order within hours whilst the order tracking stated is hadn't been processed. Just received a reply stating too late and the order had been despatched. Mind you £50 for a backflow burner that's widely available on eBay and Amazon for under £15 screams a massive rip off to me and just a little scammy. I would swerve this company like!!

Very relaxing!

I found the product very beautiful and the scent stayed in the house for many hours! Just be sure to put something underneath it to catch the ashes.

Lovely useful gift.

First, the idea of a "waterfall" for incense. Looks very pretty.

Ripoff run run fast

5/23/2023 Update this has been settled.

Ripoff run run fast. Advertised to have 100 cones came with 10. Called customer service was advised can't send back because it was opened. Called second time and read them their return policy. 100% return guarantee but the catch is it's shipped from United States but if you want to send it back it goes to Lithuania and would cost almost $30.00. Go to Amazon go anywhere but don't buy from here.

5 Star service after all

A tremendous result, from Customer service manager. Hopefully customer service staff might find a way to offer help to customers, instead of negativity. I received a FULL refund on all over charged items, burners and cones, and was told I could keep the burners that had been sent to me. The tech team were investigating the issue with increasing the order. Hopefully all will be resolved soonest. Thank you so much for your efforts, they were much appreciated.
My only wish is that the cones were bigger, or lasted longer. Burn time is around 5mins.

Don’t be fooled by their answering negative reviews. I had an email back and forth with their support and getting nowhere, came here. They already have my order details and my email address and if they can’t find them, then I can call them incompetent as well but of course, I already know that it’s just a scam from start to finish!

**Seeing other reviews here, I should have come here first. I would never have ordered and been better off, not losing money I can absolutely not afford to lose. Clearly this is a scam operation following a set pattern.

I ordered a gift for a friend of mine who is having a terrible time. The perfect thing I thought. I placed the order - no order confirmation button - but I see 4 of everything has been ordered, not 1. I checked my bank immediately, and there it is, amount x 4 taken from my account. I contacted Spirual straight away, as soon as they opened for their day, asking them to reimburse me forthwith, only to be told it might be too late for a cancellation, 30 mins. I heard nothing more for the day, no money. So, today they confirm, no cancellation, no reimbursement. I have to wait for delivery, return the package AND pay the postage!

Great product for those quiet moments.

The design and waterfall effect is comforting. The scent cones could use a lettering or number system for people who have trouble seeing certain colors.

What made my experience great was the…the actual product works and very wdll

What made my experience great was the speed of delivery the parcels packed as they should be,I test anyone not to be mesmerised I was looking at the smoke do down the flumes and drifted off, and the fragrance is pleasant too, if I wasn't happy believe me I would say, but I can't fault the product.
