This morning I had to refuse delivery…

This morning I had to refuse delivery of my online order because one or both bottles of gin that I'd ordered was broken.......the gin was actually dripping from the parcel!!!!!

Could see that given the size of the parcel the 2 bottles plus 2 free glasses were dispatched in totally inadequate packaging.

This is my first order with the company and this experience does instill me with enthusiasm for placing further orders.

I will update this review once my order is re dispatched and the goods are received undamaged.

UPDATE: the following morning I received a replacement delivery and this time everything was packaged very securely and arrived undamaged. Such a shame that the order wasn't packaged securely in the first place because at the end of the day the company may probably have not made any profit on my order. I've amended my rating to 4 stars - minus 1 star for the goods being broken on the first delivery.
I am sure the recipients of my Xmas gift will love the gin!
