Never received order and no communication at all - not even when asked for a refund

Waited over 14 days for my order when the website quoted 3- 5 days, and it still hasn't arrived. Communication from them was dismal with a distinct lack of any contact throughout the whole process. I contacted them through email and various social media channels, multiple times on multiple days and still haven't heard anything. Emailed asking for a refund as still hadn't received my order and the website didn't allow me to cancel. I have still heard nothing and had nothing resolved, very disappointed to have been scammed by this website when I checked it out before placing my order.
