Total con - ordered GENUINE Dr Melaxin balms from them after watching their video on how to spot the fakes, only to be sent fakes!
No refund, no offer to send the genuine products. Please, please AVOID these scammers

I ordered Dr Melaxin from them on Facebook. On the ad they show a video how to spot a fake tube. Then they sent me the fake!! They won't refund or send a return label. They emailed me saying they were out of stock but sent this without asking if I would accept it. I can get this on ebay for less than half of what I paid. Complete con.

Would give a zero but can’t .. have sent over 40 emails trying to get my package. Been over 3 months. Will not give me a refund. Says it’s been sent. You should never buy from this company… beware everyone … still ongoing with no end in site ..

Ordered 2 Bible in a year journals. Advertised as Hardcover 8.5"×11". Received 2 Softcover books 5.5"x 8.5". They offered me 2USD compensation. I wanted 20USD. Ended up with 6USD and they never once answered to the fact that they have false advertising. Do not buy from Spiralhappy!

I ordered the motogp advent calender on 25oct, it eventually arrived 17 Dec. Tried to get a full refund as the item is cheap and looked 3d in the advert but it's total crap. Won't refund offered me £8usd which is a joke as I paid £30 UK pounds for it and they're also stating the postage to return is expensive. What a let down

I ordered peptide foundation in Light as a Caucasian person & received a DEEP colour is not anywhere near what I ordered. Absolute joke of a company are trying to offer me $2 & to keep a product that I could never use!

I ordered 3 bottles of perfume. 2 of the bottles were fine while 1 of the bottles leaked out when I received it. I contacted the company to tell them. They responded back telling me to take pictures which I did. I never heard from them. I contacted them again asking what is the status. They contacted me back saying I they would give me 5 dollars. I contacted them again saying I paid more than that. They contacted me back saying they would give me 8 dollars. I contacted them again saying that was unacceptable but I would take it but they was going to get a bad review. If you thinking about ordering from this site "DON'T" its a scam and they don't honor their products and they just want your money.

I ordered a light/medium foundation and they sent me a "DEEP". I am a fair skinned white woman so this product is useless to me. On contacting Spiralhappy, they offered me $2 compensation!!! It cost me £16.99. All as I'm asking is for the right product to be sent or a total refund.

Ordered a Kitchen Witch that never came. They claim it was delivered, but I was home that whole day, got the mail and have reviewed my ring camera, nothing was ever delivered. They are just a scam.

Placed an order and 36 days later. . . .nothing. I contact the seller asking for a status on my order. They responded that the package was lost and provided a "new" tracking number. The new tracking number shows that it already a day old. Their ESP must be superb, as I had just notified them of a no arrival. This is a company in China, shipping out of other countries in an attempt to avoid Trump's 145% tariff on China. Original package came from Spain, which only has a 10% tariff. I asked for a refund twice and was refused. PayPal are saying they won't get involved for three weeks. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I ordered some perfume that wasn't authentic. When I realized that it wasn't the initial seller, I canceled my order. They proceeded with sending my order. I offered to send it back but they won't pay the shipping cost. I don't think that's fair when I canceled the order and it's like they're trying to force me to keep it. They had to to cancel it because it was moments later after I made the purchase that I canceled before it even shipped.

ALERT!! Ordered from SpiralHappy and items never arrived. THIS IS MORE THAN LIKELY A SCAM.

I responded to a sponsored advertisement by facebook of SPIRALHAPPY.COM for sale of Vevor weed barrier cloth of size 4 ft by 300 ft. The support initially indicated that the parcel was coming from Italy and generated multiple emails for tracking. What I received is an envelope from Allway, Unit 16-17, 3495 Laird Road, Missisauga, ON, Canada, containing a weed barrier cloth which is 20 inches wide and 16 ft long.
On informing the company, they offered to refund $5.00 else to send the envelope at my cost to China, and once delivered will consider accepting it there, which they claim to be their warehouse, which is again a suspect.
I am interested in the refund as I was overcharged and the product sent is 0.026 percent of what was ordered and the whole sale/communication is a fraud.
BE AWARE.

This is the shittiest business I’ve ever dealt with. Product too exactly 6 weeks to be delivered. They sent me email notifications every 3 days of the product being processed/Shipped in America/Customs and all what not. After the product supposedly arrived the UK, they went quiet for the next 3 weeks and when I finally received the product, it’s a cheap crap from China and I paid $60 for that crap. I read their refund policy and it said no refunds after 30 days. You people are thieves and should be jailed. You purposely prolong delivery because you know that it’s crap you’re offering. Then there’s nowhere on your website to actually leave a review. I know thieves have no remorse but come on, you guys can do better.

The product that they showed was not what I received. I wouldn't even pay five dollars for it. I contacted them to let them know that I wanted to refund that. I wasn't happy with the product. They offered to refund me at first two dollars. And then when I said absolutely not they offered to refund me four dollars. i'm having my Bank investigate. I definitely won't recommend this product to anyone. Please do not buy from them. This is a scam. It took me four weeks to get it. And I was so disappointed.

They’re getting one star because I don’t have a choice. They don’t even deserve one. This is an absolute scam company. Do not buy anything from them.
If you’ve got lucky, that’s because you are one of the rare people that they send the actual product to so they can get a few genuine reviews.
I ordered a flower basket for my garden which contained 16 bushy sprigs of flowers a polystyrene dome to go in the basket and the basket itself. I received ONE SPRIG which was cheap rubbish.
No complaints department no responses to emails no proper website!
