They closed my account for a stupid reason and can't give me a new account .
Absolutely obsessed with Spiral's everyday impact on my debit card! It makes me want to spend more every day just to feel good by helping others.
Very tricky company. Read carefully. If it's too good to be true, it probably is. Do not put stock in what they say upfront. They make it seem like you make a deposit and spend that amount but there's a specific way you have to spend it and they're not open about it. Their charitable fund option is also tricky. It's just like any other bank that needs governmental funding and doesn't want to help its customers. Sad. I was looking forward to banking with them. But I refuse to bank with scam artists.

I recently opened a Spiral account and I truly love the concept of this banking platform! I always thought that making charitable donations was something I needed a checkbook and thousands of dollars for, but Spiral completely changed the way I donate. Because Spiral allocates a small percentage of my deposits to the Giving account, I realize how much "spare change" I have to spare. This has helped me to already donate $50 in a short amount of time to the causes I care most about (no checkbook needed!!) And the cooler part? Spiral matched my donations up to $20. I am so glad I made the switch to Spiral!
Today I could not see my account value and transfer money since both mobile app and website are having issues. From this morning till afternoon no change and no support during weekends. Definitely will not stay with this new bank for long
I recently opened a bank account with Spiral in order to keep and make all of my donations from one place. Spiral provides easy to use checking and savings products while having some of the biggest features in the market today such as: round up of my debit purchases to my giving account, automatic goal-based savings and early pay day. Love it!!
I just replaced my Citibank and Chase accounts with Spiral. Why? No monthly fees, great customer service, and most importantly - the only GIVING ACCOUNT I know of in the entire banking space. It enables me to donate to my charities of choice (and there are more listed than on Amazon Smile…) and to round up my debit card transactions to give my change to the causes I care about. I’m excited to see new features roll out!
This is an amazing concept, and I love how easy is to donate to great causes. It allows me to start a savings account and round up for the charities I care about. And the plus? The app is really intuitive and easy to use.
I recently started banking with Spiral and I love being able to easily donate to causes I care about and have it all in one app. It makes it easy to track and their customer service is super helpful and quick to respond. I definitely recommend checking out and downloading the Spiral app!
I downloaded the Spiral app because my son recommended it. I was hesitant to download a banking app because I’ve been with my old bank for a long time, but I’m really glad I did. This banking app is very good and very easy to use. I feel good knowing my money is safe with them.
I use Spiral as my primary bank and they're great. Their customer service team is outstanding, and respond right away. Their banking product is great, I really like being able to see in depth details on all my transactions and it's super easy to move money between my checking and savings accounts. I'm also really impressed with how the app looks, and it functions really well.
What initially drew me in was the ability to donate to charities I care about. With this app, I can donate to causes that are important to me directly from my bank. Super cool!
