Lovely company
I like the little personal note in my order, makes me feel happy! Lovely products, much better than the cheap alternatives. Last a long time. Ordered for a second time because of great service and great selection.

Would prefer plastic-free packaging
Would prefer plastic-free packaging, but that seems a bit hypocritical when I'm buying a plastic product! Still, everything counts and a reduction in plastic packaging should be considered.

Easy to order hair accessory
Have looked at this site for a while and decided to buy after seeing a social media clip of their product. Very easy to order online and my goods arrived on time and well packaged. Inside the box was my invoice with a lovely note at the bottom thanking me for my order…they used my name so it felt personal. A real nice touch.

they're cute and i love them but they…
they're cute and i love them but they really hurt my hair, and they fall off to easily. i have fair hair so like in between thin and thick, maybe there could be way to make them fall less?
