Do Not Put Any Money Into This Casino!!!!!!

I registered with Spinyoo about two months ago. I live in New Zealand but played in a different currency as I was given a few currencies to choose from. I deposited and lost about $7,000 over two months. Two weeks ago I won $2100 dollars and did a withdrawal after I had done all my verification's. After many days of back an forth due to not receiving any communication from them they told me that they won't be paying out my winnings as I wasn't allowed to play in a different currency!!!!! This is exactly what they want is for you to mess up on a wager or in my case playing in a different currency. The thing that pissed me off most was that they said for a week long that my withdrawal is under review and im sure they knew that they werent going to pay me out they took long to inform me so that I could keep depositing more which I deposited over $2000 while my withdrawal was pending.

If you don't want to lose you money stay very far away from this casino. The only way to get rid of scum casinos like is is to bankrupt them by not giving them any business.

Nightmare, easy to put money in difficult to withdraw. Had £100 bonus never found out how to use it and lost it when I finally gave up and withdrew my remaining cash. Well at least I think I withdrew my cash, there's no sign of it at the moment.

I joined with a deposit of £10, I was then given £10 bonus. After playing for 10 minutes the site froze and I had to login again.
When I did finally get on, All the money had gone including my money and the boys us.
I emailed support who told me to go to live feed and was told I had never deposited, I have the checked my bank account and the money was taken out, I told them this and was told it may take a while for the money to go through///

Im long customer of WHG casinos years ago these casinos were ok, but now its just full donation…Deposit after deposit just nothing…And whats the thing with bonus teasing, never seen like that any othet site, teasing is unreal…Played this spinyoo casino like half year and couldnt manage notasingle withdrawal, because nothing pays, its just so awful site…I remember other casions of same owner that were decent, but i dont know its the worst rightnow, so neverever again, thats it, i rathet burn the money than donating them…

This site just takes your money not a fair site at all its very disappointing its not a pair play

Avoid this one like the plauge. Dead spins non stop and Bonus teases. And when I complained to the live support they poped up with a responsible gambling message and Blocked my account lol. I have seen it all now, This "Responsible Gambling" 💩 is just their way of Blocking you when you question the Very Low RTP setting's etc.

In this day and age, withdrawals really ought to be instant. Will upgrade to 5 stars IF my withdrawal is processed today - there's no reason why it couldn't be.

I have never seen an online casino worse than Spinyoo. I have deposited small amounts numeros times the most i would deposit is like 50eur but not everyday. when i deposited money they never emailed me or anything and i kept loosing i don't know why not even one bonus have i got while playing their slots, then one night somehow i git lucky and won 400 I withdrew that and they emailed me to say that i need to send them proof of address before i can withdraw winnings, i have sent that in, then they emailed me again to say that my proof of address has been verified but i will need to wait for 10 days until a standard review has been done on my account they suspended my account and locked me out with my winnings still there and unable to withdraw. I have contacted them numerous times to ask if the checks have been done and why this is happening while i am a new costumer. Today they contacted me again and they said that my account has been blocked from their entire network because "I am not in control of my gambling" and they told me to contact gambling therapy and Samaritans. Mind you, i didn't even spend that much. they didn't care about my gambling when i spend money there but once i won suddenly they care. So yeah i still haven't received the money. don't play or register with this website because they are scammers and they do not payout. If I could I would attach the email here but i can't. The live chat agents all say the same things when i tried contacting them about updates. for 10 days straight they told me to be patient. I have already contacted the gambling commission but they take 20 days to respond. we should all take action and prevent others from playing on this website report this website to the gambling commission so they can be taken down for good.

Stay away! Wanted to withdraw 500 euro, but couldn't withdraw cuz as long as you have active bonuses, withdrawals are unable to be made. So in order to turn 160 euros of bonus into withdrawal cash, I had to roll 27k, as they told me on chat support. Don't get your money stuck on this scam site.

Allow you to keep depositing then they restrict your account and make excuses up that they care a out you spending to much lol it’s a gambling site it’s what you do gamble they don’t like you winning they only want you to deposit please make a complaint to the gambling commission and get these sites closed down
