SpinServers - A hidden gem.

SpinServers is by far the best hosting / IAAS I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They have absolute top of the line workers that care and go above and beyond to help their customers. I was doing colocation with them (after buying a server from their sister site TheServerStore) and I won't lie, I was very nervous. But they quickly proved me wrong.

They quickly made me feel welcomed and are very timely and professional. Arnav has been the best support rep I've dealt with in my 10+ years of using IAAS/Colocation. If you have an issue its going to be fixed. Uptime has been 100% so far for me and their network is solid. I actually cannot find a bad thing to say about them.

Definitely check them out because they offer unmatched value for colocation & have top tier support staff. They won't leave you in the dark like many other hosting companies and will do good by you.

I've had no issues that other reviews point out. My IP has not been changed ever and I have 0% downtime. Not sure what they were experiencing but it sounds like a completely different company.

100% recommended.

Never buy servers from them ever in…

Never buy servers from them ever in your life. They will change your IP address whenever they want without any reason or notice.
I haven't seen such a ridiculous data center in my 10 years of business. Very bad support and service.

I'm gonna throw them a bone

I'm gonna throw them a bone. I debated over going 3 stars or 4 but ultimately I decided on 4. Spin Servers has been a wonderful addition to our company's infrastructure but its not without some issues.

Pros
1. Great Network and Strong Speeds
2. Good deals on some really beefy servers.
3. Customer support team (Christopher Wu and Steven) are a grade A team.
4. Functional IPv4 VPC network that works well with their free /24 announcements and additional IP paid service.
5. Every Dedicated server comes with a functional IPMI, but will cost you 1 dollar for the IP if you don't announce your own block.

Cons
1. Some servers are not as modern as they appear and may be defective.
2. They have zero, nil, no support for IPv6 which in the modern world is a very bad thing.
3. Prices are slightly on the higher side even with discounts from the Grade A support team. Makes it difficult to justify.
4. Does not offer an IPv4 pack of any size free with the server.
5. Random, questionable IP change of entire block causing widespread downtime whilst we changed customer IPs to newly assigned. Definitely announce your own ip pack.

Useless Management, useless support

Useless website, no good management, no team, shutdown servers, no support response, useless website chat system.

good sales manager only, who knows how to sell the server, after that no one cares about the Top-level customers.

Hi Richard,

I'm sorry to hear this, definitely doesn't sound like an experience any of our Spin Servers customers have ever experienced, as we do provide 24x7 support to our direct customers. It sounds like you may have us confused with the wrong company, or a reseller. Reason being - I just ran a global database search and we do not have any past or current customers matching your first and last name.

Please contact us by e-mail at support[@]spinservers.com with more information, whether you were our customer or not, we'd love to find out how we can help.
