Absolutely horrible. Sent me the wrong pair of shoes and then refused to refund me or let me return them for a refund. Tried to give me $5 back instead. Absolutely horrible company. DO NOT order from here!!! Luckily I have lawyers in my family who are going to take further action. This is simply unethical

This company should be shut down. I paid 75.00 for two pair of shoes advertised to be genuine leather and got cheap plastic shoes instead. I was only given 30% back on my crappy purchase. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE>

Scam!!!!!!!! Big time!

I ordered a pair of eye glasses, and they were very uncomfortable, I asked to return them and receive a refund and they offered me a 15% refund and to keep them. Guess they have no faith in their product or customer service. I will only order from Amazon from now on.

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

I ordered an item from them which seemed like a great deal. What arrived was not even remotely like the description or pictures and it was also broken due to careless packing. I contacted the company and said that this was clearly unacceptable and I would like to return it for a refund. That started a long email correspondence in which they said that they would only give me a 35% refund all while never acknowledging that a) it wasn't what I ordered and b) it was severely damaged. They finally said that I could return it but at my expense ($20) even though their website clearly states that they will pay for the return cost if they ship the wrong item or it is damaged.

These people are the worst sort of e-commerce scum out there. Stay far away.

The merchandise i received was substandard and did not fit properly. i bought four pairs of shoes and none of them fit correctly. I requested a return label and/or a return address and was denied both. They offered me a 15% refund or coupon. This was not acceptable to me. This company is a scam! Do not buy from them!

Run! I ordered sandals which took 3 weeks to arrive. When they arrived they were the wrong ones. They told me it was probably due to “warehouse carelessness” and offered me a 20% refund!! I told them I wanted the full refund since they sent the WRONG item and they said I had not purchased “refund protection” so could only give me 20%. Ridiculous!

This company would be just fine if they had some integrity and shipped what they advertised.
There was only ONE Item advertised on a pop-up ad for a really cute raincoat. I ordered it, waited forever, and just when I thought it was not coming and I had been scammed, a coat arrived. One that was not advertised and not acceptable.
I called Spinpaper and they said not to return the wrong coat, to just keep it, and they would send me $8.00 credit. So I am out $38. I can call the bank and take this further to credit my Visa. But I liked that original coat. Waste of time plus the hassle. Beware

BIG SCAM !!! Ordered a sweater. Never arrived. Emailed the company several times with no response at all. The phone number listed in the website does not work. STAY AWAY FROM THIS THIEVES!!!

This company was a scam. I have never received the shoes I ordered after Over 2 months ago. I wish I had read these reviews before I ever ordered. There should be a law to protect people from predators like this and “still allow” them stay in business and keep selling. I was stupid and naive to think there was still honesty somewhere in this world.

I ordered a pair of shoes. The description and photos were nothing like what arrived. The shoes were man-made materials with hard plastic soles. They did not look nice nor were they comfortable. A waster of money. I'll never purchase anything from them again. What a shame!

1. service @spinpaper.com is non-existent. Three emails went unanswered.
2. Phone number does not work.
3. As instructed, I ordered one size down and raincoat is too small.
4. When I finally reached the company through an email address listed on my American Express bill, I was given the choice of an 8% refund or a 10% coupon to be used toward a future purchase.

A (1) star only because I had to in order to write this review!!!
What a Horrible experience! As someone else said I too ordered the cutest lil pair of Vintage Mary Jane shoes. And I was so looking forward to wearing them, I imagined myself wearing them! Then I got them......
They are STIFF, the buckle doesn't work, the strap across the top ( which makes them Mary JANE'S) hardly even reaches to the other side, they weren't even shipped in a shoebox, no invoice receipt or any paperwork, they were stuffed inside a plastic bag and stuck in my small mailbox! I've emailed & emailed them and haven't gotten a reply yet. It says "Contact us" thats gotta be a joke.... Right!
So to anyone thinking to place an order and you're reading these reviews....
BELIEVE THEM OK DON'T ORDER AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!

One star given because I could not give zero stars. Shoes purchased were the worst pieces of garbage. No chance of a refund or return. Big scam.

I have never ever seen such bad reviews in my whole life!!! I wish I had read them before I ordered! Terrible experience with this company! I hate it! No one has answered my emails!!!

stay away what a scam ,never received my product and no one ever answer the email, and the phone number on the web do not work .SCAM!!!
