They suspended my account because of "fraudulent" activities, but they don't gave me any proofs for that. Now i have no access to my money but i payed the yearly fee for the music.
Furthermore the support don't answer any more, i would like to clarify the problems, i want to know what they mean with fraudulent activities and want to access my money that i have to become, but it looks that they withheld my money.

Spinnup is everything for me, as an unsigned Artist I was always worry about what was the best place to put my music to be heard for the right people, Spinnup is the perfect, and I did not have any problem with putting my music there, I have being learning so much from them with their blogs that they use to put in the platform.
I am part of Spinnup no matter what, I feel motivated to because I am with the best company.

I had an issue with my release which…
I had an issue with my release towards the end of last year which was dealt with the same day. The customer servce I got was great AND they playlisted me on there 'Presents' Playlist which increased my streams.
Made it super easy to upload and even though I made a mistake with my release, they still helped me. Not sure what everyone else has experenced??

Spinnup is honestly the best music…
Spinnup is honestly the best music distributor out there. If you are not patient enough and can’t support your music enough like they do, then you don’t stand a chance being in the music industry. I believe being in the music is all about taking chances. You can’t name one major label that has a music distributor to help indie artists. Safe to say it is better than DistroKid. Cause first, spinnup is free to sign up and you have to pay to sign up with DistroKid. If you are rating Spinnup is terrible, then you are not patient and serious enough.

I'm here to make a suggestions! To eveyone who doesn't know and understand the platform Spinnup they are great service and they honest with what they said they going to do. I've released my new single through. It happened! Now my single Available on all platform. I recommend every independent artist to Understand and use Spinnup! By Universal Music.
Thank you Spinnup for your fast service it didnt take long for my single to release on the platform once an artist is petient they will be satisfied with Spinnup.
For the promotion they dont lied about it, they do make sure your release get heard by fans.

Terrible support and no help!
Terrible support and no help!
3 weeks using them as a platform and definitely a bad decision.
Falses promises of promotion, lied about the support...
We opened a case with them and it took them 10 days to reply something that was not even related to my questions.
Spinnup should not even be associated with Universal Music, it's a terrible service and the data provided is very minimal.
