Avoid at all cost
The worst place I've visited in whole Uk.
Been treated like a trash.
We booked visit having hope to hace a good family time. New place in town seems to be promising. From the beginning all staff except one young man was looking bored and rather hostile. Hmmm noone love customers....
Anyway.... I needed goto use a loo. It appeared it's all closed.
I came to counter to ask for a key or sth.
Was told I had to use toilets on the parking floor.
Ok bad things happens. Not happy but... obviously this inconvenience is not their fault.
But when I came back I was told that I'm banned .
I was accused to be a racist.
I was told that one college heard that i used inappropriate word toward her manager.
The manager didn't even want to talk to me.
I asked how was even possible to hear anything in the noise which is in the premisses. Then i was told that she was reading my mouth.
Never ever heard such a nonsene!
We asked for a record of this incident and been told there is no voice recording.
I've never used any offensive words to anyboady. I'm 64 and first time in my life been treated like this. I've tried to finish a pint I ordered before but ... in this situation I didn't finished it
We lost money, good mood and will never come back.
This place just lost 10 customers coz we all left and noone will come back.
So - the most rude staff and place don't even worth one star.
Site manager avoiding contact with the customer - ridiculous!
If you are white old male be aware and if you decide to visit don't open your mouth. Even to take a breath.
