I am waiting for a withdrawal of 2400 for 3 weeks now due to an address mismatch(left 1 part out) now not accepting verification documents saying has to be a utility bill which i dont have for this address. I have motor insurance policy and car tax renewal letter which they won't accept and won't release money. Also excluded my account. Now after 3 weeks they verified my account but my bank details aren't valid anymore although I could deposit into the account. Sent in details for 3 different bank accounts in my name along with statements and have not received any response. That was 2 weeks ago, so im now waiting weeks for my withdrawal and still nothing. How can they get away with stealing people's money.

I tried the free ballon spins and won 3 dollars. I then played a regular game and got a bonus. I won 300+ on the bonus and kept playing. I made it up to where I met the terms for cash out and so I did. I logged on the next day and my account was gone. I wasn’t able to log on. I don’t know why they offer those bonuses if they don’t honor them. Scum casino should be its name.

At first they are really good in payment i noticed that when you will going to withdraw big amount thats the time they will have the reverse withdrawal and you will cant withdraw your money! But when its small amount 20 minutes will paid you instantly.. I have refferal for 50 dollars now already 2 weeks and diddnt recieve any.. also when you email them about the withdrawal they will not going to answer you but if about something else will not going to answer.. please continue the way you give to your players that you give last year or else nothing will gonna play to this site anymore..

Horrible customer service.(yes I know it's not there company or rules and regulations, but ateast read the account and get on the same page before robot talking me)Takes forever to talk to somebody. Non are on the same page and telling you different things. I won 100 and no problem with withdrawal. Then I win 2900 and they are making a million excuses to why I haven't got it. I've now verified my account 3 times and they say it's being processed then a week comes and goes and nothing then I talk to them again and they tell me it's in review. It's shady af. Would not recommend. Atleast if u win anything over 100. It's been a month now for me and still haven't seen anything from them.
